no restrictions on the lists. but after the 30th of june, 2019 we will still have to comply with ffp regulations like everyone (except psg and man city. blivious: )

Italian economy is probably about to go to rock bottom as the political uncertainty and instability is a major problem.

Also, it's too much money for any economy. The only self sustaining leagues are the German and the English, but that also may change due to political tension and changes.
