So we leave Vecino which is an obvious move especially since Asamoah can play in midfield if required. But we want to add players like Nainggolan, a RW, and possibly a RB. We clearly need to sell a few players.

Perisic is definitely dispensible. I'm sure we can make a lot of money out of him because he will have a good world cup as he's usually croatia's best player in international tournaments. His stats show nothing as he has been inconsistent and has had off days for over 60% of the season. I'm sure with Lautaro, a new winger and nainggolan we won't be missing his goal contribution/assists. If we can get rid of Perisic, Eder, Pinamonti, Candreva, and Santon we'll be in a good position I reckon.

or we need to sign all of our newcomers as loans with option or obligation.
That's clearly our best choice, but if you read in the article it says we're already above the line by 60 million, so we need to sell regardless.

not a good idea. we have a very limited number of attackers right now (Icardi, Lautaro, Eder, Perisic, candreva) from where everybody would like to kick the 2 Italians. if we sell even Perisic (who could play in many different positions), we wil have 2 guys with 50 (?) million in hand to buy at least 3 proper replacement....

First of all, there's no way that Spalletti will let Perisic go. Secondly, we have only one winger in the squad who can deliver at the highest levels, although very inconsistent, and that's Perisic himself. We're selling him to include the other players, and there won't be enough room to sign and include a new winger on his level. We'll be left with out-of-place Eder, Karamoh (if he's even included), and of course no one other than fucking Candreva.

Besides, what can we get for Perisic this summer? 40m at best? Still not worth sacrificing him given the above results. We'll need more big sales and the only ones who'll do it are Icardi and Skriniar. They both have more adequate replacements in Martinez (not guaranteed) and De Vrij. Perisic has no one so he's the least replaceable out of our big stars.

Think we still need perisic, we need find a way somehow. Lates rumour say we wanna buy Duncan as backup player also as our club trained. Think mgmt already know they cant brought both gagli/vecino and need one of them to left out. Even if we left them both to made a room for Nainggolan, As someone says Asamoah also able play as DM or even Skriniar so we pretty much got covered and have other option on midfield.

Good point on Skriniar. He's the top priority to be included out of the bunch. We should leave one of Gagliardini and Vecino out in favor of a new more attacking midfielder.

Ausilio most important mission for the summer, more than getting Nainggolan or even CR7, will be selling Mario for highest bidder. We must get good money for this fuck, it can solve us some problems.

This is so fucken weird. Best solution would be to sell sombody with a high book value and a high current market value
.Sadly the one coming closest to this is skriniar but no way are we gonna sell him. Again the combination of restrictions to cut back on amortization and to only include new players in the amount we sold players for is putting us in a very difficult situation. Either we sell on of our priced assets (Icardi/skriniar/perisic) without getting a proper replacement in order to not increase the burden of amortization on our books. Or we say fuck it and sell one off them whilst getting a replacement solving the CL list problem but increasing our amortization trouble.

Skriniar doesn't help much as he's not on the previous list. It's icardi broz or Peri

Well the articles are kind of unclear on that one says we cant count them but another one says both j mario and kdogs sale will help in this regard and they both were not on that list.

This topic also confuses me, so I did my best to translate the article below.

The second point is that to balance it all, Inter will be able to bring in the past sales (Murillo, Banega), even those who were not in the list of 2016-2017 for Europa League but were part of the season that year (Kondogbia and Jovetic). The tally should also include the transfers of young players on list B. Here is one more reason to celebrate the imminent closure with Genoa after yesterday’s meeting. Radu (in list B in 2016-2017) and Valietti will go to Rossoblu for 12 million euros with buy back clause in favor of Ausilio, in exchange for Salcedo and Serpe on loan. Watch out for Pinamonti because his name is also being discussed with Genoa.

This is the most important part. If we can count sales of players that were not on the EL list in 2016/17 but on our roster, we will be OK.

no way. Icardi, from every POV.

1, A good Skriniar-calibre CB to find is much harder than an Icardi-calibre striker (we already have Lautaro...)
2, Icardi has higher plusvalenza since his booking value is MUCH lower as Skriniars (e.g. 2-3 million vs. 15-20)
3, Icardi can be sold for higher price (like 100-110 million vs 70-80)
4, Icardi has MUCH higher wage as Skriniar

but anyway, we could solve the issue with loans as well

It's not happening. He's going to end up getting loaned somewhere with an option to buy.

I disagree first of the lower book value of icardi works in our favour becaus the other ffp trouble we have is with amortization. Also the plusvalenza should not matter since we are on our way to break even either way same goes for the higher wage. On top of that imho de vrij is more capable to replace skriniar than lautaro is to replace icardi!

That being said it s not acceptable to lose either of these two for us, and i really hope we find a way to solve this without selling any of them!

Anyways i really hope uefa is lenient with us if we do break even despite these other problems, since the most important for ffp is for clubs to break even which is what we are on our way to do!

I think we are just gonna have to accept we suck in the CL next season. The aim was always going to be a good showing in the group because that's where the financials really come in to it. We will finish 2nd or 3rd depending on the group. Job done. We aren't even close to being a remote challenger for the CL next year. We need to make sure we get back in the year after, and that we don't have any financial compositions thereafter

We were never going to not suck at CL next season.

People have the concept of somehow a year one for Spaletti is the year we go big on CL already.

Well guess what other than the year of triplete, most years we have finished last 16, with a squad miles ahead of our current one. One Nainggolan isn't going to bring us miraculously equivalent to the squads of those years. Give Spaletti time to build a squad to challenge at year 2, year 3. We need massive improvements in almost every area on the pitch.

With a sound organizational at the back, which we are capable of providing, we would not look like idiots.
