The Italian media "Il Fatto Quotidiano" stated that in view of Inter Milan's loan from Oaktree Capital, even if Suning does not want to sell Inter Milan, as long as it cannot raise 340 million Euros within three years, Suning will lose control of Inter Milan.
It is reported that according to the contract signed by Inter Milan and Oaktree Capital, the annual interest rate of this loan of 275 million euros is 9%, and the total interest for three years is 72 million euros, plus the principal amount of 275 million euros.
