At least we kept player and coach involvement to the minimum. I think it’s the least offensive of our Christmas offerings thus far.

So now we have a few more subscribers than Milan in our YouTube channel and is continuing to grow. Our so called Media House can really be a hit or miss with their content but i really do appreciate the effort and hard work. A huge improvement from Moratti era where old, incompetent and lazy fucks were just collecting paychecks and doing absolutely nothing. I also noticed that we have reached 2M followers on our main Twitter account after a decade.

Oh, don't get me wrong. I'm a fan. Having worked in advertising I know how challenging and tricky it is to produce content for things such as, say, Inter Christmas sweaters and duvets :yao: You have no idea how many times I had a brief with a product that is absolutely unremarkable and no different than the rest but you are expected to come up with some genius marketing strategy and visuals for it...

Inter Media House are pretty edgy, stylistically modern and don't take the brand too seriously, which is cool. Yes, they are hit and miss but at least the content is mostly original and they are trying to make it fun.

Not that I follow many football club channel's but I'm guessing Inter's video content is by far the most original out there in terms of creativity. I also like Liverpool's insider videos. Most other clubs are just keeping it safe and doing what they're expected to do and that's not how you grow a following on social media these days.

Haven’t won a game since our Christmas advert came out by the way.

What the hell  they're pumping out Christmas clips on a daily basis now...

Inter Media House is working overtime to jinx the shit out of the season since the first Christmas video didn't do the trick.

I'm glad we've finally put together a 21st century media team. No more 360/480p uploads, highlights that DONT look like they were made by fans, and lots of english posts.

Fucking good job.

If someone from the media team reads this: PLEASE MAKE MORE VIDEOS WHERE PLAYERS INTERACT WITH EACHOTHER!!!

More of those please, more pranks & short clips of training sessions!

I just got an email from inter.it with well put together match review with link to match highlights, stats, link to photo gallery, Conte's press conference etc.
Very nice in my opinion.

Nope, no membership at all. Just signed long time ago, I have been receiving discount code every birthday and that's it.

This is a followers list for 15 most popular clubs on social networks and YT. Million is the unit.
As you can see, we are in 12th position which is not so bad considering where we were 3 years ago, but still noticeably with no so big numbers if we want to compare ourselves with the best.

We need to say that big impact on popularity have of course the results on the field and the popularity and prices of players which are bought.

But beside that, we can still be more aggressive in some areas.

Facebook - 12/15 Here, there is no complaint to our club. We increased rapidly number of followers and it is probably a matter of month when we will surpass AC Milan. Definitely huge impact on this had complete turnover from Italian to English language.

Instagram - 15/15 We are last here, and honestly for this network is everything on individual popularity of the players (if we exclude the club results). When we have marquee signings then we will increase our followers. Although, I like the initiative from our team with this live things like for example the last one Adriano and Lukaku conversation. And maybe we can put some pictures of model girls in Inter shirts, that is what attracts people on this network xD

Twitter - 15/15 Yup, last also here. This is the list with only first (official) club profiles. I don't like this idea of different twitter accounts for each language (although some other teams are also doing like that) because we are distributing the number of followers and this don't have a good look probably for sponsors and some future bandwagon or not really football fans from which we can still take money directly or indirectly. AC Milan for example have 5m followers more here and they found some balance between English and Italian language.

YouTube - 12/15 Like on Facebook, here is evident improvement from our team and I like that we are using only English titles and also making videos with English subtitles. But some improvisation from our team is still lacking because we don't have some funny quizzes between players or something else like for example English clubs have.

We were very late in the party and under bad conditions so the fact that we're a definite top 15 social media presence is welcome news.

There's also the problem of who uses these platforms. It's mostly Americans and Asians. These people will always communicate in English over the internet, so our base being Italian is a disadvantage.
Barcelona and Real Madrid also have the advantage that despite not having English as their first language, Spanish is spoken all over the Americas and they have big stars that everyone wants to follow.

Bayern which I suppose will be there, being a German club has the advantage that pretty much everyone there understands English, whereas in Italy and also France (who have the African market as a counter example) do not have this luxury. And the same applies for Atletico Madrid and other Spanish clubs.

Your attachment doesn't show so I cannot comment on the actual list.

I think the picture opened in new tab but anyway I just reupload it with a 3rd site.

Yeah, definitely language is important but not too important, especially for instagram.

EDIT: If we speak for marquee signings for this purpose also (together with football qualities), then we should think about signing some of this 3 players which are after CR7, Messi and Neymar most popular on social networks and have on average individually 3 times more fans than us.

James Rodriguez
Gareth Bale
Mesut Ozil
