Heineken in general is good beer. It's my go to when I'm buying from convenience stores. The light version is great because it's just so drinkable, but it will still get you fucked up.

Seriously, Heineken gets you fucked up?

Biggie or Tupac?

Biggie. I think he was a better rapper bar for bar. Tupac had great songs though. I like both.

What's the most boring result in football apart from 0-0?

7-0 or more. Hate watching teams just get thrashed and giving up soft goals after they capitulate.

Seriously, Heineken gets you fucked up?

Yep. If it ain't getting you fucked up you're not drinking enough. Like I said it's good because it's also very drinkable, if I wanted to drink just to get fucked up I wouldn't drink beer at all. Gin is my hard alcohol of choice.

I don't get that. It's a 4% beer, same as other 4% beers.

Palm and Heineken both have 5.4% alcohol, so if someone's getting more drunk of Palm I'm interested to know why.

The comic was a mere taste difference, meaning that Palm is actually 'better' than the 'horsepiss' Heineken.

I know Palm sucks as well, especially compared to Jupiler and Stella, even the cheapest beer here is better than Palm & Heineken.
In my opinion Heineken is just gross, tastes just like alcoholfree beer. Doesn't get me drunk either

I think a lot of it is just culture-bound. As Scotland himself said, Heneiken is seen as a premium option here. In a blind taste test I can see a lot of different opinions.

Also, when you say Heineken doesn't get you drunk, what do you mean? You knock back 10 cans of any 5% beer you're going to feel an effect.

Why have 10 cans of Heineken that tastes awful and is expensive over something cheaper, better and gets it done in 3 beers? Well obviously if you drink 10 of those Eristoff orange cans you'll get drunk too. So obviously you'll get drunk of Heineken as well.

In my opinion, Heineken is more expensive for the quality it delivers compared to belgian beers such as Stella for example. Well tastes differ then.

What % are these 3 beers that equate to 10 you're having? Are they nearly 10% beers? I drink beer as it's 'softer' to drink than wine. If I'm sat down for the day watching football and drinking continuously for 6 hours or so I don't want to be pissed after two. I don't drink Heineken despite me thinking it's better than the beer I usually drink which is cheap but I still think it tastes good.

Same with craft beers, sure, if I take a while and set myself up to drink them I'm sure they'll taste nice. The generic taste of the usual suspects allows me to be happy enough to drink most beers I'll find regardless of where I am or what's available.

Just as a side note, Stella here is nicknamed ''Wife Beater''

That's because of them 90's knob heads who couldn't handle it and have ruined it for the rest of us by getting knocked down to 4.8%

Well, obviously if I drink 3 Duvels they'll do the job just fine, but those are at least around 10%, I mean 'softer' beers, around 6%.

Let's just agree to disagree. I think Heineken is like water you use to clean dishes. You think Heineken is better than the usual beers.

seriously questioning the beers of Ireland for that matter

Just kidding ;) Let's keep the rivalry for the 18th of June when Belgium plays Ireland
