If you had a gun and you could shoot anyone who would you shoot?

That is a really tough question. If I were to answer it honestly without joking around, I would have to say Bin Laden maybe??? I don't know, I really do not have the urge to shoot anyone haha

This is actually a funny question....I get a bunch of heat from my American friends because I have always considered myself Italiano first. I am a huge supporter of the Azzurri and I absolutely despise the US National Team, which pisses off a bunch of my friends.

My grandparents speak no English at all and since all of my immediate family, except for first cousins, have been born in Italy, I have been raised with all Italian customs and traditions.

So to answer your question Katie, I would definitely consider myself Italiano first, Americano second...

fair enough, similar situation to mine, although a lot of my first cousins also have been brought up in Italy.. Though being "foreign" in the area of England i'm in isn't exactly safe.

You speak fluent Italian then?

Why do you despise the US national team? Personally I prefer to see the Welsh national football team not win but that is because of a peculiar theory I have because of rugby.

Where in England do you live Katie? Also, whats your background as you say you're not English?

Kinda fluent, I understand pretty much everything, but I was always shy when speaking it so I never really got fluent with it. I can say what I want to say, but not as quickly as I would like to.

Anytime I hate a team, it is because of the fans of that team. I have always grown up supporting the Italian national team, and when my American friends try to say the US team is better (when USA was ranked higher than Italy with the old ranking system), makes me upset because of how ignorant they are. But the only way for them to see that is if Italy wins and USA loses. So because of this, I am always rooting against the US, to shut up my ignorant friends. I also hate the announcers on ESPN because they too think the national team is just as good as the elite countries.

What are you hijacking my interview??? It is my time to shine! :p

What are you hated teams in Italy, if any, and what are your views about Juventus and Milan?

Any other teams or leagues you dislike?

What do you think about the Cassano situation with Lippi?

The only two teams I really hate in Italy are Juve and Milan. As I said earlier, I have always hated Juve far more than Milan.

Any other teams or leagues you dislike?

I do not really like the EPL, mainly because everyone in the US is obsesed with it and think it is the only football league in the world. As much as I hate Juve, I also hate Manchester United with a passion. If I had to choose a favorite EPL team, it would be Arsenal.

What do you think about the Cassano situation with Lippi?

As I believe that Cassano is the best Italian football player, I feel he must be called up by Lippi. But I also believe that Lippi knows this and there must be something horrible that is keeping Lippi from calling him up. As it was said, Lippi has called up and even started Cassano in the past, so it is not like he has always held this grudge. Cassano must have done something to him. Although I feel that Lippi makes some poor choices with call-ups, I would never go to the extreme as some and say that he is just favoring Juve players. Everyone, except Cassano, has been given a chance to prove themselves...it is up to them to convince Lippi to keep them.

Interesting. My theory regarding the Welsh national football team is that as Wales is such a small country its very hard to sustain two top level teams in two different sports. Therefore, whilst I find it very hard to want any Welsh team to lose, part of me would not like to see the Welsh football team get to a European Champions or, worse still, a World Cup as all the young lads would start playing football instead of rugby and it would have a massive detrimental effect on the XV man game.

What's your dream as an interista?

My first dream was to see us win the Scudetto, so I am happy that came true. I am now dreaming of at least one Champions League trophy in my lifetime.

Haha, this is very difficult my friend. As long as I have a few people here that agree with my point of view on things, I know I am not completely crazy. As long as I know that I am not completely crazy, I will continue thinking and feeling the same way I do now even if it is just a bit crazy.

Man this is so recognizable.. I'm in the exact same situation. Except I'm living in the Netherlands ofcourse.
So what if Italy plays against the USA? Do you get a lot of insults when Italy wins? :p I really hate the italy - netherlands matches.. When these two play against each other I don't really pick a side. Because I'm born and raised in the Netherlands, but I'm practically living in an italian house. I eat italian every day, I speak italian a lot with my parents, my family lives in Italy.. I always hope this match ends in a draw (thank god it did yesterday), cause when italy wins I'm pretty muck f*cked :p Then everyone wants to kill me. But when italy loses, I get laughed by everyone. You're having the same?

Yes, but I always wish for an Italy win so I can bust on all of my American friends! I do not mind them bashing me because I am American also...it is worth it to see Italia win!
