Mihajlovic about Juve and Calciopoli: "Trophies are won in the pitch. The revoked ones are still theirs."

Can anyone kill this prick?

Why is anyone surprised at him? He said he rather starve than go to Milan then proceeded to go to Milan. He's a spineless prick.

Who cares about him? He's managed to piss off and disillusion basically everyone who ever liked him. Let's just not give a shit.

A bit off-topic, because it's not really about Serie A, but apparently Gattuso will be sacked from Pisa and will be replaced by Zdenek Zeman. Now, we're all in favour of entertaining football and so on and so forth, but how come does he keep getting this chances in Italy after so many failures?

And yes, I do realize he's had success in his career as well, but it seems to me the number of failed spells is superior to the number of successful ones.

Good agent, or he's well-connected perhaps? And who the fuck are Pisa? Surely Zeman is a great target for them regardless of his failures.

Good agent strikes me as a good possibility. Pisa are now in Serie B, in part thanks to Gattuso, who's likely to be replaced by a man who believes he can go far in Italy with shoddy defending.

Sure he has failed, but he's also proved that when given the time, he can create a team with a unique attacking identity and is able to shape young players into someone that can ultimately be sold for decent money, which is the bread and butter of these provincial clubs.

I know they are in Serie B but you know what I meant, for a club of their size to attract a manager of Zeman's expertise is a good move, no?

Like Garcia?

Sure - my intention was to state that I find a bit perplexing that a club would achieve success and then get rid of those responsible for said success, pretty much like Bari did with Conte before he joined Juventus.

It surely looks like a good deal for Zeman - regardless of his agent's talents and of the high positions he had in the past, I don't think he can get another post in Serie A anytime soon. Accepting the Pisa offer means he gets to coach in Italy again, maybe he believes he can replicate the results he had with Pescara some years back and will attract some better offers in the future.

As for Pisa - unless they also believe that Zeman can perform another Pescara-sized miracle, the best I can come up with is what KsE said, they could be just trying to use him to develop young players and then sell them.
