because they've had a decent run for a large part of the season. there may also be some impact vs the changing covid restrictions and when big games were played?

And we had reduced capacity available iirc.
The derby was played when they allowed more fans. We only had Napoli under that jurisdiction, whereas the Juventus game had 55k fans or something. They had the derby and Napoli with more fans and only had the Lazio game with less fans.

It's just not a season to compare. They'll reduce capacities once again now for sure and we have the derby coming up in in 40 days.

Well,there is a stat that Milan is overperforming and they have 11 points more than expected so far.Only other club in Serie A with more than 4 points more than expected is Empoli with 8.

I also think that their conversion rate is like highly unsustainable,on some historic level (not just in Serie A but in all top 5 leagues) but don't know exact numbers right now.There was a good article on one Croatian site about that maybe month ago.

On the other hand,Juventus is underperforming by 3 points because their attack scored 7 goals less than expected which is by far league high.
