It was last time, and then it was overruled, so the procedure has changed (as is correct) to be in line with the law.

The procedure hasn't really changed. The judge just isn't ruling in a timely fashion. The reason Hakan can't play is because the judge delayed his decision not because he has granted a postponement.

Would have if conte didn't threaten to leave after the first season and to satisfy him we gave him his vidal...

We never had the money to sign Tonali, because of COVID. Total cost of Vidal over 2 seasons is like 20m euros, Tonali is like 25-30m after the discount Milan negotiated with Brescia
