And we couldnt beat fkn Atalanta this season.
There's the impression Milan haven't spent much because of their low wage bill policy but they have actually spent a lot in the last decade. It's just money was usually spent on flops.
For Milan fans crying about inter spending, I thought this was interesting
Do you have our net spends for comparison? There's the impression Milan haven't spent much because of their low wage bill policy but they have actually spent a lot in the last decade. It's just money was usually spent on flops.
15/16 (last season Berlusca spent money): 90m net spent (Bacca, Romagnoli, Bertolacci, Luiz Adriano)
17/18 (Fassone-Mirabelli summer): 150m net spent (Bonucci, Andre Silva, Hakan, Kessie, Conti, Rodriguez, Biglia, Musacchio, Kalinic, Borini)
18/19 (Leonardo summer); 110m net spent (Paqueta, Caldara, Piatek, Higuain, Castillejo)
19/20 (first Maldini summer with Boban): 60m net spent (Leao, Theo, Rebic, Bennacer, Krunic)
21/22 (Maldini-Massara duo): 70m net spent (Tomori, Tonali, Maignan, Adli, Ballo-Toure)
The myth Milan have built their squad with peanuts couldn't be further from the truth. The only difference is in recent years they spend money wisely.
13/14 (last Moratti summer-first Thohir January): 50m net spent (Icardi, Hernanes, Belfodil, Taider, Silvestre, DDA)Do you have our net spends for comparison?
never beganIt's over
Surely it's just the final games of the season that that will be the case? It's a disaster for travelling fans. The reason they don't confirm them yet is because they need to play some of them on the same time and they don't really know yet which games those will be.
PL fixtures were unconfirmed for a very long period and had discrepancies of like 5-6 games played so I wouldn't put them in the discussion. You could talk about the Bundesliga though.
