You know i like you. But come on. Don't do this to yourself. It will only hurt a lot more in the end. I realise it would be the ultimate Nerazzurro orgasm and a redemption for 2002 to watch Interista Raspadori and his pals beating Milan and handing scudetto over to Inter but now it's the time to accept reality. It's over. We bottled it.
It's not over till it's mathematically done. We will keep the flame of hope burning till then.

They can afford a draw, but man nerves will be sky high. Sassuolo's frontline. If you think they are in holiday, they are not. Last chance to impress and get the hell out of that midtable squad. Progress as a player. Get into better teams, you don't need any motivation, because of all of Italy will ask . Are you the player to stop this Meelan?

I can assure Pioli will be sweating like in sauna For a whole week. And this is what we wanted.

yeah it's hard, but tell that Inter in 2002...everything is possible in football. Inter were clear favorites against Lazio, the scudetto was ours. We probably expected that the players will make the game of their life and give everything.. but sometimes every game has hes own story, and things ends diffrent. Everything is possible.

The other part of the equation that you have mentioned above is the collective psychological scarring and damage that such a loss can have on a club. If Milan were to lose in those circumstances, the ramifications would not simply be limited to losing this season's Scudetto. They would have to carry that loss and the accompanying baggage into next season. The fact that we are here two decades later referring to 2002 is evidence of the collective trauma caused by the loss against Lazio.

Inter were back in the CL semi final the season after that, the fact we are still referring to it is because some people remember vividly like me or they refer back to it as a scenario that happened in the clubs history.

If they draw and Inter win, both teams end with 84 points. What’s the tie breaker (who wins the scudetto)?

Milan do. Better head to head during the season.

I still have not got over the last 15 minutes of that Derby and the way fucking Giroud celebrated his two goals: the mockery absolutely kills me. Especially as we were comfortably leading 1-0.

Just referring to it makes me want to smash things up.

I wish we could sit here and say that Inzaghi has learned from the experience, but he hasn't. It's been the same story all season. We start matches off like a team on the cusp on being unstoppable, score an early goal, begin sitting deeper, and concede. You saw it again today against Cagliari.

Our inability to kill off games has been our kryptonite. I would specifically blame our attackers.

You can thank de Vrij for that. My opinion of him as a player, while never as high as most here, has absolutely plummeted this season. I want him fucking gone.

The stupid cunt threw BOTH derbies. In the first, he scored some inexplicable own goal. In the second he was so weak and passive all game it was just pathetic to watch. He was timidly contesting headers without any conviction or confidence (and losing every single aerial duel throughout the match), then got completely fooled by Giroud's turn.

His ability to win, contest, or even JUDGE headers, has gone down the fucking drain this season. See Immobile's goal in the 2-1 victory over Lazio. A simple over the top ball which de Vrij let fall to Immobile because he couldn't make up his fucking mind on how to deal with it - a carbon copy of Empoli's 2nd goal last week. Even today, though he was fouled by Keita, there was an identical situation which gave me a heart attack. Guy has been one of the single most culpable players for our imminent scudetto loss.

Facts bro the cunt almost fucked up against keita today i was loosing my shit silently by watching it and not saying anything or moving. I was also 87% asleep but the remaining 13% knew the useless cunt had fucked up.

Yep, flop of the season for me. Of the core players that were instrumental in our success last year his level has dropped the most. And if we’re being honest he has always been the weakest link mentally. This is the guy who couldn’t play away at Lazio the year after he left because he’s “remarkably sensitive” I can guarantee you right now that were De Vrij in the center of defense we concede in Liverpool. I think we probably should have used D’Ambrosio more than we did in the run in. Not even because D’Ambrosio is a better defender but just because we look so much more solid with Skriniar central and Danilo makes up for what he lacks in technical ability with heart. De Vrij is like a dork that gets shoved in a locker anytime we need him to stand the fuck up.

I think we may underestimate just how much of an improvement a player like Bremer would be. Not just because of what I mentioned above but also because currently we severely lack athleticism in our back line. None of our back 3 are what I would consider natural athletes. Skriniar is quick enough in most situations but Bastoni and De Vrij get by mostly on physicality and positioning. Replacing our worst athlete in defense with a player that would be our best athlete is a big deal. We can play a much higher line and suffocate teams.

Unless there’s a world where he can stay as a back up and we can still fund our Mercato moves he needs to go.

Our team is generally a slow team. We need more speedy and dynamic players. Just look how many points Milan won by the speed of their players. They look like they can't make chances, then out of nowhere someone like Leao sprint past the defenders and then boom they get a goal.
