I think this season there are so many variables.
- Garcia, will he ruin Napoli? He could try, but they probably have the two best attacking players in the league and a fantastic squad (did they replace Kim?).

- Roma's season is completely down to how fit Dybala is and how many games he plays.

- Allegri doesn't know how to make his teams play good football so the success of his sides are typically reliant on individuals. They have three potentially great players in Cheisa. Vlahovic, and Pogba. Will Pogba and Cheisa ever be the players they were pre-injury? Can Vlahovic manage to not get too frustrated while playing in Allegri's team which plays so little attacking football? Not playing in Europe is typically worth 5-10 points

- We on paper are the most predictable side. Best midfield in the league probably. The biggest variable is what happens if Lautaro gets injured. I'd expect it would wreck our chances. Secondly, he's a streaky scorer like a lot of forwards. If he does have a dry spell we need it to not last too long.

- Milan. I have no idea about them really. I would suggest that they don't really have a midfield to compete with us or Napoli, but I could be wrong

I do wish the league had a bit more quality though. It's sad to see mid-table EPL teams with stronger squads than the best sides in Italy

My prediction:

Napoli - beelan - rube - Inter as top 4.

Napoli are for me, with a small margin, scudetto favourites, next up are beelan. I think they'll do very well this season.
rube will always be a pain in the ass - and Inter are unpredictable, if they had a pure goalscorer to bang in goals (ala Icardi) and not stand in the way of others (ala lakaka), then I would put them as favourites for the scudetto. Now, I don't know. I just don't think Inter will have enough killer instinct in front of goal to win the scudetto.

I don't get it, why 2 games start at the same time? The same thing with Juve and Lazio games. New format?
It’s because of the heat. They aren’t having early kick off times.

Well, Juve won with Matri and Vucinic the scudetto, Milan with Giroud...i can understand your point but our team is still scoring a lot, we have a lot of dangerous players, specialy now with frattesi and augusto-cuadrado coming from the bench in second half.

I think Inter-Juve will play for the scudetto, third Napoli, fourth Milan.

Milan has changed the formation to 4-3-3. They have very fast attackers, but their balance lacks and they leaking chances. Many new players, so I don't believe that they can put real pressure as a scudetto challenger.
Roma are not good enough for me. I'm not so convinced about Sanchez, Auoar and Paredes. I don't think that they will even make it in top 4.
Napoli are still the main suspect for the title in my view. They have a good squad and the coach is not so important as long as Oshimen and Kvista are fit and in form.
Jube are contender too. Allegri with his terroristic football and 1-0 wins, with only a game per week is real danger, and they shouldn't be underestimated.
Lazio assembled interesting team, and if the newcomers start clicking well in Sarriball, they can pull off a top 4 once again.
Atalanta for me will fight for the 5-8 position.
About us. If we get Sanchez and Pavard, I believe that we have a good chance to finish first. But even if we fail, top 3 finish looks very probable.

At least Barella and Asllani can pull that kind of passes.

Everyone suddenly rating Asslani's passing ability after he got one assist for Sensi with a simple ball over the top

Was that Samardzic pass somehow different? Are you rating Samardzic passing ability now when you saw that one pass?

I don't get what you are looking for here. Samardzic showed he can pull off a nice pass. Asllani showed he can pull off a nice pass.

Funny because we won the league with the person you said stands in the way of others but we never won one with the pure goalscorer you mentioned

It's not occasionally though. Here, against Parma he delivered two good long passes, which caused goals at the end.

You are right, but.........context matters here aswell. Icardi mainly played during the banter era. I'm grateful Inter didn't get relegated for the first time during those years.
As for the scudetto run: in my opinion has more to do with Conte finally realizing that a Perisic/Erikson combo was better then the Gags, Ashley Young combo. What a surprise that was!!

LeBron already scoring.... the difference between Inter and Juve and Milan is that they need 3X less shots to score goals.
