I don't see Kvara excelling as a ML/WBL or rather he'd be wasted in that position. If Mazazarri goes with 352, it will be Kvara and Oshimen upfront

He started with 4312 at Napoli and then gradually went towards 352. There were also a lot of games with Hamšik, Lavezzi and Cavani being to closest to goal. By Mazzarri's third season at Napoli, I think they were doing 352 every game.

I am speaking from memory ofc, but I'm sure he didn't start as a 352 guy. He could play a certain version of 343 with the players at his disposal, but I think it would be better to just keep playing 433.

Eve tho this ain't great, Mazzarri is still a better option than Garcia... but who isn't really.

Yeah, but at least Garcia did enough damage to stunt this still dangerous Napoli side. I'll take whatever help I can get.

You guys are exaggerating a bit here. I'm not here to defend Rudi Garcia's name but Napoli was already a sinking ship with already internal issues. They haven't even brought a competent defender to replace Kim.

Then it didn't take so long, Osimhen getting into a trouble with the club. Basically it was a disrupted harmony which was going well under Spalletti's regime.

The latter was smart. He probably knew something that we don't, and he walked away. Whoever thought Napoli was gonna repeat the same success and pull that exceptional run, is delusional to me.

ADL hiring Mazzarri, whether it is as interim coach or whatever, just goes to show that he was never serious and ambitious. Scudetto won last season was a fluke, since they took advantage of that chance given by incompetence of rivals.

It cannot be a just a fluke. They sold their most known assets (bar Osimhen) and brought two mostly unknown players (Kim and Kvara) that rocked the league INSTANTLY. Yeah, ADL is a horrible president, he meddles too much, letting go of Giuntoli (who probably left because he knew Napoli is a sinking ship) ... Without Giuntoli this Napoli is the same as Inter before Marotta. Just wasted potential.

Sure it was unexpected, but I wouldn't say they won by luck, it was a project that started before Osimhen was brought, while other rival teams were making stupid moves (Lukaku, Pogba, Milan spending money on the wrong young players)

Garcia at least was still coach in this last years and you heard talking about him. Mazzarri is done, he had a short seaon at Cagliaro 2-3 years ago and before he was already not coaching for a while. Don't know how people can say it's an improvement.

Good thing is that Tudor is'nt coming yet, till next season. He can achieve big things with Napoli, he was really good coaching OM, proved that man knows his job. His teams play brutal pressing, we will have much trouble with that.

I expected to be Jube because of how many scudettos they won, but it makes sense if most of their wins are 1-0 or 2-1.
