CL impact is also going to be important. Remember Milan and other teams when they started to have more games, the teams were exhausted and started to have injurys. Inter has a good deepth but we already saw what happends if we change too much. Even for us it's going to be a problem but we will see who is gonna survive this.

There's no Juventus U23. Next Gen is basically the same as Inter Primavera i.e. mostly U21 and allowing 3 slots above.
Couldn't be further from the truth. Inter Primavera play against kids every week. Juve NextGen play against men every week. Big difference.

In the post above I do say Primavera graduates. Let me pick a random defender for instance, Fontanarosa. He was playing against Serie B last season. But how come Savona from Serie C is more proven, just because his team's name has a "U23" tag?

Age doesn't make one player kid or men in football, overrated factor. The level of the opponents does. Juve duo aren't proven at all but Juve is still brave enough to use them in two leagues above.

Inter has to have a Serie C team next season. Just look at Juve and Atalanta creating players for 1st team. Or selling. Obv scouting network has to be spot on too, but we have good scouts. Milan realized this and created Futuro this year

I think Beppe already mentioned this that its priority in 2025. With Oaktree taking over there was too much going on around us this year.

I thinj it'll happen. With likely profitability + oaktree understanding our financial picture better, I'd be shocked if it didn't happen. It's obviously such an important thing for inter though we should consider the incremental cost, eg we will need a load more players than we have now. Even if we keep all the talents we currently loan out (which we won't want to do for people at series A regular status) we will need to flesh out a bunch more.

True. Nobody cares more about our own kid more than ourselves, as they don't really make the profit out of it.
Motta is scrapping all the aging theory and stats out there. If I suggest this striker, 250k value, at Inter bench, let alone starting XI, people would call me stupid and delusional:

He was even riding bench in Serie C-B. But look at him now:

Juve just rejected offers x30 his value. His salary is not even worth to mention. Nothing is impossible.

I dont think anyone is saying Fonatanrosa is worse or better than Savona.

I think the key points are:

1 - Juve are having a massive squad depth crisis atm, which is why their bench was only 8 people, and of the 8+11 starters, 4 of them are kids from the U23 side, AND Juve are about to sign 3? players in 36 hours to help pad out the squad a bit more
2 - Savona, etc, get the chance to play in the U23 side and can be 'called up' as required for the first team. Inter dont have such an analogy, so we either commit Fontanrosa to being a squad depth option (in a space where we have reasonable depth already), OR, we commit him to being out on loan. An U23 team offers us the option to do 'both', kinda
3 - Savona, in 2 seasons, has gained 4k4 minutes of game time on 56 league appearaces, thats pretty much 80min a game average. Fontanarosa has 1068 min in 21 games, that's 51 min/game average. Its quite a big difference tbh.

to be fair, lets see what his game time is at the end of the season, since juve are about to sign like 2-3 wingers if they can pull it off.

I honestly dont get what your argument is? We should try our youth more? Yes, I agree, I'm adocating for a system which would allow us to do that...

Savona, Mbangula, etc, are gonna get reduced minutes for the rest of the season most likely - and without an U23 team, Juve would either have to make them each bench, or loan them out. An U23 team - something I've advocated for 14+ years now - is exactly what allows them to give those guys a chance..

JuBe looking good, but it's only been 2 games so far..., I'm keeping that in mind.
On the other hand, I've always believed in Motta as a manager. I truely believe he is the 'real thing'. Serie A will have some great battles between Inzaghi and Motta, starting this season.

2 easy games, as well, to boot.

These italian world cup winning players are really trying to force their way into managerial career. through gratitude and connections. None of them has actually shown anything to be considered good enough , Pirlo , Gattuso , De Rossi , Grosso, Canavaro they all should be in serie B/C proving their worth before they all get so many occasions on big name clubs and taking those jobs away from proper qualified and proven people

Grosso, Inzaghi (Filippo), Nesta too. Hmm, though Nesta wasn't there, but he could have! :D
