Milan is on their honeymoon period after derby win over us. I don't think Viola is good enough to damage them (at this point). Milan might have a weaker squad than, in term of quality, but I'll give credit to them for having proper fighting spirit and realizing importance of points. I don't expect them to drop points against Viola, although they play in Artemio Franchi, but I think Udinese is able to damage them because of the way they play.

As for gobbi, they will most probably win over both Cagliari and Lazio. I don't expect any surprises there. So as things stand, pressure is higher on us. We'll be playing against in-form Torino and also potential revived Roma. Juric knows the league, and is tactically more experienced than De Rossi.

It's going to be a delicate period until we face gobbi in Meazza. Any false step until then, would somewhat complicate things. Gotta admit that mentally we aren't THAT strong during difficult moments. I still believe we'll win Scudetto in the end, but our group needs to take more responsibility and back the coach during these times.

you guys are considering milan too much, if they finish third/fourth it's already a good result for them, even their fans know this. A derby win will not change the season. Napoli and Juve are the "big deal". Napoli without CL, Juve with an really good defence/GK. And they don't even have a great defence if we take a look at it. Ruehi, Savona, Kalulu...If they reolve that offensive problem they become a strong scudetto candidate. And for Inter..almost no chance then.

Juve got lucky Genoa was denied their home fans. That away match is very hard one for anyone and Juve got it easy, it was fucken Covid times there.

Btw, this habit of collective punishment because some fans misbehave is simply ridiculous. It basically punishes the innocent and not the guilty ones. And somehow the clubs are the ones taking the hit aswell always as if they could control what the fans are doing.

But this is Italy, they just want to do it like always, to show we've done something, and not try to actually fix the issue. And most of all, punish the real culprits. :D

Again we help them to resurrect. Always the same scenario. They gonna get that second star really soon, maybe this season already. Every fucking team was shopping this summer, except us, and it will bite us.

Milan is absolute fucking dogshit. Them beating us when we were also dogshit doesn't change that. If this Milan team were to win the Scudetto this season, then Serie A is well and truly a lost cause.

No offense guys but it's ridiculous to look at the league table in freaking September. The first time during a season that standings in league table have any relevance is November-December. That's when you can make a first (albeit a bit premature) assumption about a team's potential in the season. It's been 6 fucking games ffs. Just relax.

No one has lost a title in September and no one has become Scudetto favorites based on September form. It's the consistency throughout the months that matters. Be patient before jumping to conclusions.

Are you really surprised? Even when we were leading at first and Juve was tailing for second, the doom and gloom crowd will always try to find something. Last season was "oh, juve is known for winning 1-0 and Allegri is a champion, we won't win shit" this was when we literally were first and Juve was getting their 1-0 shitty 90th min win. This season isn't gonna be as easy as last season, that's for sure but it's ridiculous to write off Inter just yet.

Furthermore, here are current pace totals among the big clubs:

TeamPointsPace
Juventus1276
Milan1169.7
Inter1169.7
Napoli10 (5 gp)76
Atalanta744.3 (lol)

There are no credible title challengers beyond this and I even stretched to include Atalanta. 76 points isn't going to win Serie A (in all likelihood), nobody's off to a blistering start. Lets focus on our own current short-comings obviously, but there's no wonderful stories to write yet about how great our rivals are.

I’m not really considering them that much, for me it’s mainly Juve and secondary Napoli, never underestimate a Conte team he knows how to get his teams into the race and win the league.

Motta is well into proving he is likely the next big coach coming out and if he first start getting Juve to win trophies, well it would be very difficult to remove them from the driving seat.. especially when you have crackers as your transfer budget, as frankly is the case with Inter.

Inzaghi is painfully and maddening inconsistent as a coach, nearly brought us a scudetto in his first season after a turmoil of a summer, went into a disastrous second season that was saved by a CL final and then winning the scudetto the following, now he started his 4’th in an absolute none convincing way. We are still hunting by lack of confidence and getting all nervous when things aren’t working, something he in he still till this day not been able to fix and I truly doubt he ever will, it’s like being on a rollercoaster, constant ups and down, I guess he is the perfect fit after all.

My feeling is that the players motivation changed after getting the second star, so it's not only Inzaghis fault in my oppinion. At the same time i believe that he does not know how to manage league and cups games. We always did a good job in cup games but scudetto we always struggelt. Last season it was the opposite. Lost Coppa and CL early but managed to win the league. We probably need to fully focus on the league to win it again.

Inter allready showed what they can do against City & Atalanta -
Have faith - They'll be there on top at the end of the season, probably with juBe and Napoli, and who knows maybe milan aswell.

It will be an interesting Serie A that's for sure, and as a supporter I'd rather Inter win the league 'the hard' way.

Conte playing with a back 4. I know he also did it against Juve but it's so hard to accept it. 😅
