He gave a lot to the club both during the dark era and in our latest resurrection, but obviously he won't be in LGI. But, Eriksen with 6 months okish performance is there. No comment.

Honestly, the Perisic LGI discussion is mere recency bias.

He’s had one foot out of the door since 2019. He almost joined Arsenal, then we almost swapped him for Martial, then Bayern... Even this year, it was always clear he was leaving, that’s why we snapped up Gosens. I dont know about you guys but I’m not comfortable to vote LGI for someone whose heart wasn’t here for a long time.

If we won scudetto this year and reach maybe final of CL with this Perisic he could be in LGI. But we didnt,he left us for Tottenham,so no LGI sorry. I can agree with Eriksen thing but then we all thought that he is over as a footballer, and given what happened to him then.If we vote again,I wouldnt vote Eriksen for LGI no friggin way.

If he would have stayed and performed like he did for the last year and a half of the remaining two years on the proposed contract then maybe, but like Eriksen at least an honorable mention in my book.

If the criteria is, who is Interista and who is not, let's put in LGI, Dimarco, Raspadori and Pioli, because they are fans of Inter. Perisic has always been a professional on the pitch, doesn't matter he wanted to leave or not. He was one of the most important players, which brought us back in CL after almost a decade, and he was important piece from the squad which won the scudetto, the Coppa and the SuperCoppa. If this is not enough, I don't know what should be.

The way he left the club, like I said if you do that, you need to achieve something like Mou to be LGI, but thats just my opinion.

First, I don't want a fan, I only want a player who fully commits to the club. Perisic clearly didn't, he checked out for a long time and only started performing at his standards again this year. The common criticism for a couple seasons before he went on loan to Bayern was that he wasn't trying anymore (ran a lot but low intensity, didn't go for 50:50 challenges...).

Second, lets be honest, he was only truly great this season, and one season is not quite enough to enter LGI. Is Hakimi LGI?

In short, great player, not quite LGI.

How he left the club? His contract is about to expire, and he wants wage rise, which Inter cannot or don't want to pay, so he goes to Tottenham, which is ready to meet his demand. Where is the problem here?

So, somebody needs to win a triplette in order to be in LGI?

Also, I wonder, if all other variables were the same, would he have signed with us if he didn't feel slighted by management? If we had offered the most recent contract to him a few months back, instead of lowballing him and waiting till the last minute, would he have extended with us?

Obviously we'll never know but pretty salty of him if that was actually a significant factor in his decision to leave.

If for you he was great only this season, it's pointless to continue this conversation.

The only thing that comes to my mind is that he said we waited too long and that for certain important players you have to be more urgent.
for speaking facts, then.

good
