Sadly, I think it also ends his playing in Serie A streak? Correct me if i'm wrong, last time he didn't play was like 3 years ago?

Most Humorous MemberWho cares. It's only statistically significant. Players get sent off all the time and sure it's a testament to Zanetti's fair play, sportsmanship and longevity that this is his first sending off in Serie A ever, but it's not a tragic calamitous event or anything. It's like 'damn, his record finally ended. O well.' Sure it's disappointing that he won't get the distinction of never have being sent off in his Serie A career, but Zanetti would probably take a sending off if it meant the team won.

10 years of FIFSure it was just like there was something that went right when the reff gave him the red card.. but it was a right decision, sadly.
It didnt make me cry, what almost made me cry is when I saw Pazzo covering his sad face after missing that penalty and Cuchu picked him up..
