Honestly I'm not sure what Tottenham expect to achieve with any other available coach. Theres no one who can bring this Tottenham squad this season or next to a top 4 place in the league (not that it'll matter soon...).

Hilarious to see how Tottenham apparently sacked Mourinho because he tried to "tear down the club's culture".

Tottenham's culture. "The Tottenham way". Lose in style

Wasn't that why he was hired in the first place? Everything was nice and rosy at the beginning of the season, then the players got rebellious and wanted him gone lol because he raised the targets and they had to raise their standards

Wonder if Hugo Lloris ever writes a biography, would be one of those random books I end up buying :D

Yes, sure. Tottenham fired him because they are hoping that the players will receive a temporarily boost to make it in top 4. With Mou, it's was clear that they won't do it.

I think Levy fired him because he was expecting to get a lot of money from the ESL bullshit :loll: Now he's probably crying somewhere.

The majority holder, Joe Lewis (Soros' pal, who for some reason doesn't get much heat in terms of vile owners), has tried to sell the club for years actually. I'm expecting to see them go soon, but with the UK government pushing legislation on club ownership it's going to be harder.

Huh? Who said anything about the Tottenham way? What are you reading? Spurs fan page?

The Club can today announce that Jose Mourinho and his coaching staff Joao Sacramento, Nuno Santos, Carlos Lalin and Giovanni Cerra have been relieved of their duties.

Chairman, Daniel Levy, said: "Jose and his coaching staff have been with us through some of our most challenging times as a Club. Jose is a true professional who showed enormous resilience during the pandemic. On a personal level I have enjoyed working with him and regret that things have not worked out as we both had envisaged. He will always be welcome here and we should like to thank him and his coaching staff for their contribution."

Ryan Mason will take First Team training today and a further update will follow in due course.

I'm expecting him to come to Italy if he's not a fan of taking over the Portuguese NT.

I see a lot of job openings next summer. Not sure if he wants to stay clear off a management job and get that Spurs money while laughing about it.

Waiting to see what his next awful career move will be. Maybe he'll go to Arsenal

I've already read rumours he might take over at Celtic. Not sure if that type of club is what he wants. I'd love to see him back in italy.

Though after his recent downfall I do wonder at what point he should consider changing his ways or doing something else. In retrospect though... Tottenham was a terrible decision as a club. He got the best out of Kane and Son, but the club itself does not suit Mourinho.

Him and Icardi to Rube  Their version of Conte-Marotta. I actually can imgine them being THAT desperate. Him, though, hardly.

Ha! SprINTER. Not as legendary as Printer, but good nonetheless.

Jose saying he wouldn't think twice about coaching one of inter's rivals in serie A, despite his affection for the club.

I guess I'm not shocked considering he's worn out his welcome in England.. I just hope he doesn't become a gobbo piece of shit

As opposed to his comments before where he said he would never. Really disappointing to hear that but not really surprising now.

Tbh Im not surprised he said that. His coaching career is going downhall and he is in no place to turn down big clubs anymore.
