We don't even have enough money for Mou's paycheck.

This!

And also his demands of real players that cost serious money, not "omg he is like totally talented" kind of players.

100% no to Mourinho back at Inter.

Also, should be fired and should be fired now. This season imo is a complete failure and it is 100% his fault.

It doesn't matter tbh. The squad and foundations are there and right now, it is 100% a mental thing. They can really bring in almost anybody and they should do fine; kinda like tito taking over a very well run team/system and running with it.

Jose is not a long term coach anyway. He is brought in to deliver and he's not delivering. He is imo, the premier manager in the world but that doesn't mean he's infallible or he will always be a fit. Real has played HORRIBLY this season and that is 100% on Jose. He has lost something with this team/squad .

Technically, I think they peaked last year and were unfortunate not to make CL finals and win it all.

This club has similarities to our club in terms of culture. They have a 'win-or-GTFO' mentality with managers. The managers seat at RM has been a poison chalice for 60 years. If players have lost Mourinho, then I'm not sure who has the capacity to change the mentality with these players.

Unfortunately, the club holds its players in higher regard than the manager. Just imagine what Real Madrid would be like if they had a Barca/Man U culture ? Which is a reflection of a deeply engrained culture created by a system that works and have stuck with diligently For two decades.

I think the next guy would'nt make much difference. RM (like us) needs to change it's inner workings.

IMO Mou wont join a club mid-season anyways. Lets wait till the end of the season to judge Strama who to me has done enough to deserve a couple of years because he has that charisma that Inter needs. And he will only get better.

I love Mou and believe me he'd be welcomed back, but right now its not right for the club. We are on a completely different project. And also whatever is happening at Real is his fault, he lost the mental battle.

Mou has done his job at Inter and his time is gone. I am 99% sure that his second arrival to Inter would be a complete failure, and given our current squad and financial situation the only cup he would be able to fight for is TIM Cup, tbh.

The Casillas fiasco was a complete embarrassment.

He did great job with us, historical but I never understood why have Inter fans continued to idolize him so much.

The way he has been acting since that game in Madrid including him not traveling with the team back to Milano and including his obnoxious behavior with RM, I just don't see myself connected with anything this man represent anymore. Values that football club Internazionale stands for(or at least used to) are completey different than everything Mourinho says or does lately.

that would be the stupidest thing ever. mou would MAYBE come back for 2 season and would leave inter in ruins again.

if he left us in ruins after a CHL or two, I would be ok with it :work:

It has been for emotional reasons, the way he showed his affection by crying everytime he said goodbye to one of our players. Maybe it could have been harder for him to say fair well from Milano. All in all, he was leaving anyway, there was no difference if he comes back to Milano or not.

I really do have a question though, would Mourinho still join Inter evenif it means that he wont get paid even half what he used to from us 2 years ago?

I dont think he will come back any time soon.

I wonder what would Mou do if it wasnt last game before Christmas brake, keep Cassilas benched or bring him back and look as he lost, cos now 2 weeks are enough to iron out all "technical reasons"

There's 0 chance Mou comes here. He's too smart for that. He doesn't want a project, he wants to take a good but underachieving team and put them over the top. Not to mention he doesn't want to deal with a team on a budget. I'd be pretty surprised if he wound up anywhere other than City or United (if Fergie retires). Maybe if Abramovich kisses his feet enough, he'd be willing to go back there.

It seems like everything is going according to plan.
I'm not sure if you know this, but Pepe, Cristiano Ronaldo and Mourinho (and his assistants) are in fact part of a contingent of portuguese people who has been conspiring together with Barcelona to destroy Real Madrid (the symbol of Castilian opression) from the inside. Of course they couldn't just start right away, that would have been too obvious and the plan would have been quickly and easily dismantled.
It all began in 1996 when Mourinho came to Barcelona with Sir Bobby Robson's staff. That's when the plan began to be designed. Then Barça president, Josep Nunez, had a meeting with Jose and some other important elements of the club to put together a coup that might just destroy Real Madrid. The first stage of the plan was about making Mourinho one of the most successful managers in modern football, to ensure he would eventually be signed by RM. As we all know, this part of the plan was a success. In the meantime, they began a search for a young portuguese player that showed enough potential to also become one of the best players in the world. We are obviously talking about Cristiano Ronaldo.
As Mourinho went about collecting trophies and Cristiano Ronaldo became the player he is today, many controversies surged between the clubs managed by Mou and Barcelona, in order to quiet down any suspicions that the manager and the spanish club were working together. The matches between Chelsea andBarcelona were purposefully controversial. Anders Frisk was in fact working for Barcelona, but not in the way people thought. Let's back up a little: not long after Mourinho left Porto, they signed a young brazilian defender, Pepe. In 2007, he becomes a Portuguese citizen and joins Real Madrid. Could it all really be just a coincidence? Of course not. The deal was brought about by blaugrana undercovers in the Madrid administration, they managed to get the first Portuguese element into the club.
When the plan started approaching its most critical point, there was a necessity for Pepe to go away for awhile, in order to meet with the other members of this conspiracy. That's why Pepe started kicking Casquero around, in 2009. He was suspended, and two months later CR9 comes to Santiago Bernabeu, having spent the last few years courting a move to the Spanish giant.
In the 09/10 season, Mourinho-managed Inter reaches the Champions League final and wins. In the same night, Mourinho stops coaching the Italian club and finally manages to inflitrate the organization he is so commited to destroying. Winning the CL smackdab in Madrid's stadium was obviously a very important symbol of the sucess of the Catalan conspiracy, unbeknownst to all Madridistas, who welcomed him with open arms and allowing the last element of the conspiracy to join the club, right under the administration's noses. The next two seasons would be a preparation for the ending stage of the plan, which is finally going to come together in Mou's third season in charge of Real Madrid. What we are now seeing is exactly the beginning of the final stage.
Pinto da Costa (Porto's president), Luis Figo and possibly Vitor Baia are also involved. Both Quaresma and Simao were a side-operation of the Portuguese sector, but that part of the plan never came to fruition. Fabio Coentrao doesn't know about anything and had no part in the conspiracy. He was only signed up to quiet down the suspicions. Porto, Sporting and obviously Barcelona were the clubs involved in this plan.
Messi is also part of a parallel operation.
