Thank god is Roma.
This is a huge step down because they cant even spend money like Tottenham did.

I think he’s done any way.
He didn’t learn his lesson from United and fucked it up royally with a great squad at Spurs.

Spurs does not have a great squad. They got good players, but the squad is a mess. Again Mou makes the same mistake; instead of taking it chill, re-evaluating the coaching style and tactics by taking a year off, he jumps in a new mess. Even larger than Tottenham

Last chance fucking saloon for Mourinho. The last time he win something meaningful was actually wayyy back in 2015, the EPL with Chelsea. Regardless of him trying to upsell his achievement in United because of the internal chaos there, I still consider his stint there as a failure. And his Spurs spell was an even bigger disaster.

It would be absolutely fucking interesting but also damn conflicting to see him coaching Roma. Mourinho is actually my favorite non-Inter football related sportsperson and despite our divorce, I'm always fond of him. But now we'd be enemies again, and not only that, we have Conte on the bench. Nothing professionally against Conte, but it would be extremely awkward to have to support a Juve legend against an Inter legend. :D

Its gonna be Interesting to see people cry If Jose ends up winning the League or EL with Roma for what its worth.

Instead of Jose having went to Tottenham and now Roma, Inter had to settle for a clown of a coach who makes winning Serie A a historic achievement in-spite of his own shortcomings.

People criticize successful coaches saying they would never win at big clubs then he tries to do it at 2 clubs he goes from being one of the best to a has been hahahahhaha

They both suck and neither are big clubs. Roma isnt really much of a downgrade.

From a historic angle, sure. But this Spurs team is a lot better than Roma. I'm not even surprised that Bale started scoring hattricks immediately after Mourinho left.

Going from Lloris, Son, Kane to Pau, Mkhi and Mayoral. Quite the downgrade I'd say

I like how you skewed that. Not bad.

Reality is Tottenham is overrated, like most Premium League clubs.

Don't get me wrong, but clubs are chokers to the bone with a few exceptional seasons, but Spurs has way more individual talent than Roma. Jose certainly won't have it cut out for him.

From chiesaditotti. Roma fans

JonAS: Roma has a lot of tall, physical players so that’s a plus for Mourinho. Like I said in a previous question, I expect 2-3 big names to please The Special One. I’ll need to do some more research on his Real, Chelsea, and Porto squads but he might opt for an Inter approach: 4-3-1-2 with Pellegrini in the Sneijder role and Cristante and Veretout as midfield enforcers. Karsdorp needs to release his inner Maicon, Smalling his inner Lucio and SES needs to step up as support striker. Oh and we desperately need a new GK and ST. I fear Borja might not suffice.

I dunno do I laugh or cry.:trollol:

Atleast they're optimistic.

Sure, it's overrated. But Kane is one of the best strikers in the world for the last 5 years, minimum. Roma has Džeko lol

Son has been one of the best too! Bale is one of the unsung heroes from Real Madrid.

Lloris is a World Cup champion.

Ndombele is not any worse than Veretout.

Sure, defence is suspect at Tottenham, but Roma ain't really that better. Reguillon and Doherty are actually more than decent fullbacks.

Lo Celso >>>>>> whoever at Roma.

Maybe Spurs players hated Mou or smth, and Roma players will be grateful to play for him. Sure. But that doesn't mean Spurs players don't have quality. They are currently playing a lot better without Mourinho.

Yes, the league that is about to put two teams in the UCL final and another in the Europa final. Again.

That comment from the Roma supporter...apparently they have given up on Zaniolo, like us with Sensi. Him and Pellegrini though, can do a lot of damage. Awesome talents both. They would breathe down the neck of our starters for sure. Actually, Pellegrini would probably be right after Barella in Conte's midfield hierarchy. I assume Mou will manage to fuck it up somehow though.

Oh please. This argument is so lazy and I hear it way too often. The PL has only had 1 champions league winner in the last EIGHT seasons. For all the money they spend and for what their clubs supposed player values are, that's freaking pathetic. Its the definition of overrated.

And Italy has none  since Inter won in 2010, two English clubs won it

and winning CL should never be a measuring stick for different leagues, who even cares about that

we haven't been able to progress from Group Stages for three seasons, that should be our priority now and stop talking about other clubs

Also, since we are talking about Spurs. They reached the CL final. If it's so easy, let's see Roma do it. Oh right, they can't even reach CL spots.

Roma reached CL semis (and got robbed) and also reached EL sis now. And collapsed. With a packed stadium I could see them making a comeback, probably failed one, but still an attempt, but now they'll probably still lose. Still semi finalists though.

I wonder what was the country that Liverpool club was from, that beat that Roma side? Fazio, El Sharaawy and Džeko the only players from that starting 11 still at the club. That's the problem. This side at Roma is a fucking joke. The 2018 Roma side was a lot better!

What's your point? Everyone with a brain realizes the Spanish league is the best league in the world. The English league is obviously second best when you consider the managers they have, the players they have, and their recent European performances. The only clubs that spend more than English clubs are located in Spain and Paris. Germany having Bayern doesn't change that and no one in Italy even deserves mention.

He probably is lashing against English bias, which okay, fair play, but with his own Italian bias. This current Roma side is in no way better than Spurs this season.
