well, now that Napoli got all 3 points vs Atalanta, it would be very good to win this.
I just can't take seriously those fuckers to be any sort of benchmark, at least until they literally win it somehow. I don't believe we can win a title, but if people want to benchmark our results against some team and for a title no less, then that team still has to be milan.

After today’s results, this has draw written all over it.

2003/2004 and 2004/2005

1-3 and 0-1

they still were on delle Alpi
Ironically those were two seasons that we had no Scudetto aspirations at all

I don't take them seriously either because of Spalletti. But people didn't take Milan seriously either because of Pioli till it actually happened. If Pioli can win Serie A why not Spalletti? Especially when Inter and Juventus seem to be out of the picture. Level of the league is just that bad.

Clearly, they will be more motivated than us to win this. I predict a solid 2-0 loss.

Also, I won't be able to watch the game but I had a vivid dream of Gags scoring the 0-3 only for VAR to rule it no-goal for some reason. We gonna lose this for sure.

It's not just spalleti for me though, it's all of their loserdom fans who make gods out of players similar to roma for example. All of that energy and stuff goes into that choker mixing pot and at the end they bottle it. Coaches there are just a small part of the problem...

Milan on the other hand had that tradition of winning similar to inter and juve and completely opposite of teams like napoli, roma and atalanta, so even though we didn't take them seriously we all knew only milano clubs can stop the juve domination, and that's exactly what happened. So if and when they somehow break that choker tradition I will be happy to start to take them seriously, but until then nah...

I have read this argument a lot but i think people really underestimate our bad start in the league. Granted they also failed in CL so their season is a lot more of a failure so far than ours but our situation in the league isn't much better. We're just 2 points ahead of Juve and we also have to go to Bergamo. If we lose today we could find ourselves in a very bad situation in World Cup break.

They too weren't close to it in 2003/2004. The next year they brought Capello, Ibra, bought Cannavaro from Inter (we all know how) etc.

I believe Rube is not that strong because Chiellini and DeLigt are now gone. They always played like rocks and influenced the derby mentality to others. This is the CB duo. Also our defenders always struggled against Dybala and Morata . They were 5star divers and that made it hard for us everytime. They still have Cuntdrado though, but for Skriniar, playing against Milik and Vlahovic is always preferred .

For sure they are motivated, they need to wash the CL shame, 5 losses in 6 matches is embarassing and the club celebrated 125th birthday THIS week.

We can kickstart our Serie A champaign with a win tonight. This is the boost we need to get at all cost. I don't even want to know who is the referee, I always fear them most than any opposition player in big derbies.

Forza Inter!!
