Do you think PL and La Liga is above Serie A when it comes to fan culture? Honest question
on your quote, he said the opposite

but I disagree. Bundesliga has the #1 fan culture from top leagues. And 2.Bundesliga has the best fan culture in Europe :D

Yeah, guilt by association.

I think Italy's support culture is second to none among the big leagues, thus it should be "used", to take advantage of it. So don't hurt it by punishing if there are some shenanigans with the tickets, that's club's business what they do with them IMO.

Criminals are criminals, if they commit crimes like murders or drug trafficking, throw them to jail. But that's another matter, not connected to ultras doing their thing or business in the stadium.

Look at Juve and their matches. They don't have ultras there and it's just shit. You need to find a middle ground here, mediate it. Find a solution which is acceptable to both and FIGC should stay the fuck out of it. They can't handle their role so only thing they can do is give bans or fines, which do not solve anything in the end.
You can’t mediate with that kind of people, they are right wing fanatics and/or associated with organised crimes, those completely out of normal pedagogical reach, you can use all the different type of Democratic approaches and reasoning you like, but it will likely fail on you.

The whole idea you can negotiate with right wing has proven to be a fatal mistake every single time in history. They are welcome back the moment they accept and live by the norms of society and civilisation but until then they should be kept at arms length. I don’t care if it means a dead atmosphere at the end moral and ethnic are more important.

Curva had a meeting and decided some reforms. They want to distance themselves from the criminal elements and only represent the fans. Only time will tell whether this is smoke & mirrors or they succeed.

1.The Curva Nord flag won't be flown anymore as it has now been associated with criminality and those looking to profit.
2. No tickets will be purchased collectively anymore.
3.Busses for away game will be priced at cost with no group banners.

Yeah it's good to get the criminal people out of Curva. I mean those running the show and in it just for the money.

Let's hope they can get their shit together and pull off those great big tifos covering the whole Curva even if they are back to different groups.

Nah, too good to be true. I doubt the criminals will simply give up the leadership of CN.
