there is a systematic failure at inter from the very deepest parts at the moment and only a complete overhaul will fix it.

If anyone asks, i am not writing about Inter :D

I have been wondering the same for long time now. Every coach after Leo ahs been VERY defensive oriented.

Now, it's the pressure. I have no idea, nor you, or the media, what the fuck is going on behind the scenes. But it's clear that the pressure plays HUGE part of the coaches mentality. Mazzarri has always been a cunt, those who watched Napoli often will know that he did play defensive football, but had better players for the counter attack (Hamsik, lavezzi, Cavani), that did their job.

But Strama, first when he came, did very well. And then, started the defensive play. Why?

Again, the pressure. The thing is, our coaches know that the management is not really patient and are afraid. If they tell them, that no matter the result, will stay our coach for whole season or something, i BET they would do better. No pressure - more freedom - better play/more attacking lineups. But they are all under pressure of getting points, and are afraid to lose. IMO, that's why we always play so defensive, no matter the coach. ATM, the worst job for a coach AND player is to be part of this Inter. And not because the squad is that weak, I actually think it's pretty strong, but because of the loser mentality of the team and lack of patience. The management interefeers in the managers job too much, and in the time they dont (like now with Mazzarri), they are putting too much pressure, which brings the same result.

What this team needs is change, but change from the root. Not players, not coach. Not even Branca/Ausilio or someone in the management. But change pretty much everything! Those cunts think that with putting our players and manager under pressure for the third, we will get it? No. But freeing the from the pressure will bring us success, or at least it's a start. I bet that if Strama didn't had that pressure after beating Jube (and injuries of course), he'd brought us to CL. Same can be said about Mazzarri now, who even tho i hate, is not the sole reason for our falling. Neither are the players, Branca, Moratti, Thohir...

Every single one of them should go fuck themselves. If you bash someone, bash everyone, not few players, or Mazzarri, or Branca...

And fuck you too. (not you interista4, but whole fanbase) :D

Ok I get it. That might be it. But it's really hard to believe that the pressure would push them all into playing such poor outdated football. I mean you're getting paid anyway, if you get fired you'll still make more money, so why so damn afraid? I honeslty don't get it. The moment Lazio were leading and JZ was staring at Lazio's player waiting for him to do something kinda shows what kind of fucked up mentality we have. U're fukcing losing and you don't even try to make any pressure to get the ball? We truly play like cowards with no character, no other way to put it.

And that leads to our defenders make a shit load of mistake, ofc they would when they have to deal with the pressure 70% of the time. I'm not saying they're not to be blamed, they have a part aswell but as you say there are way bigger problems that lead to it. Such is our non existent midfield.

Yeah I've already said I'm dieing to see our president starting a season saying he'll back up the coach no matter what happens & our goal is to BUILD a team for the future, not get to UCL straight away. Our players have to play with rocks in thier socks because of our retarded MGMT.

probably worst performance ever witnessed in football game.. and no i'm not overreacting after the game, but really this is incredibly.. i'm saying this because all game we haven't done anything special, except for some stupid fouls, ultra-defensive passing, some bad errors in defence and ect ect

we need quality.. please!

Mazzarri is the fault per se, and he really isn't the one that should lead this Inter... But as I said above, the problem lies deeper than the coach. Deeper than the players OR the management. It's mentality, pressure... It's pretty much everything. Lack of project, lack of future thinking... Lack of everything tbh.

Now I agree with you about Mazzari not being the BEST person to be leading this specific inter, since we "should" be focusing on youth development and finding a system to work with the young superstars we have, and that Mazzari is more interested in playing veterans.

However, I fully agree with you that the problem is much more deeper than Mazzari, that the whole thought process of management and the others with position of power at the club has gone fuck all.

That being said, even considering firing Mazzari will just delay the overhaul that is needed. So IMO just keep Mazzari and try to get him to play the youngsters, while we figure out how to fucking fix the rest of the club.

Just my take on how the situation should be handled.

To get nervous in front of goal, we need to get to the opponent's goal first...

I honestly don't know where Inter go from here. The squad is made up of brutally average players, golden oldies and a few young 'stars' who never play. The transfer policy is complete and utter shite and the manager can't even make the best out of what he's got.

We sucked again, it was painful to watch, Klose fuckin' all over again like last time. And what the f.. is wrong with Guarin? He should've better taken on athletics, sprints 100m, 200m etc. for all I care! We couldn't connect two-three passes, there is no one to connect the lines, Kovacic plays as if his legs are made of wood!

Same shit every year. Take a serious coach and pull 100.000 euros in 3 big players. That's the only solution

At this point of the season, it looks as our objectives have been simply wrong. We can't reach CL spot with this team, period. Our objective should have been to just develop our squad more (that includes giving real chance to young players). Fuck CL, it just slows the development of the squad in the long-term. And now that risk is probably going to get realized. We use experienced players and they fail -> no CL, no development for all the young players.

Thank you and fuck you Inter management.

^^^^Been saying this even in the last season. First we buy almost every player for 10+, and can't sell if our life depended on it, we don't have the balls to tell Chivu to fuck off and then we wonder why we have no money to spare. So many things going so wrong that nowadays it hurts to watch Inter games. 2 years ago we were screaming the same shit as today - some players can't play anymore, we play ugly football, we are too slow with our build up (slower than Barcelona), we don't have new, exciting players to replace the old guard, because a.) we sold them b.) we don't play them enough for them to be ready c.) we have too many useless players in the squad (again, Chivu pops up). I guess Juan Jesus is ready and so is Taider, but even for Kova & Icardi I have to wonder if we will not destroy them before it's too late. Or stop their progress. But where are the young wingbacks and fullbacks, other midfielders where we really need fresh legs, or where are exciting AM or wingers? We have no foresight, still.

So so so many things going wrong, and I'm sure Mazzarri is a good coach to have in Serie A, but the combination of these players and his tactics don't go that well together.

Some time ago we were joking about playing our Primavera for Serie A games because even they would do better than our first team. Ironically, this has now become bitter reality.

I think inter hired mazzari for short-term project ,to get to the top as quickly as possible but for us to do that, we need to sign top players and our management is not doing that , so I think it isn't mazzari's fault that's why he keeps benching the youngsters, it's the management's fault we need to sign top players to get back to the top as quickly as possible.

Regarding the youth project ,we need another coach like simeone, de boer, laudraup etc. But the consequence are, it will take a long time to get back to the top which means we must exercise patience.
So the thing are these:

1. for short-term project(to get back to top quickly ) requirements : experience coach+ splash money to sign top players+give the coach whatever he wants+good sporting director. consequences: will have to spend a lot of money.
2. for long-term project(youth project,it will take 2 to 3 years to get to the top) requirements: A coach who will play the youngsters and knows their value + youth players promotion to first team+ patience+eradication of old players. Consequences: it will take much time.

The management have to choose 1 out of these 2.

i don't get how everyone talks about a complete overhaul and a change from the roots...it can't be that one of the best teams in europe some years ago now is a systematic failure. I think it's just a few big issues and a fair amount of small ones that brought us in this situation. Now add some other factors that we can't influence like refs (though juve showed it is possible) and injuries and stuff like that or players who act stupid like sneijder and there we go. the system is still working. if we were a bit more lucky and fixed some issues we would stand somewhere completely else. I know we have been in this shit for 3 years but still. I mean look what juve managed to do after calciopoli or milan. you can't just change a club in an instance and not even in 3 years or something...it takes a big amount of time and same goes for the failure of a club. a rather succesfull club can't get complete shit in like a year or two. it takes time.

The question is, if we keep going down or start moving upwards. Anyway in times that we don't get the satisfaction from the club the fans should stick together and like that we will endure this hard time.
