I don't care about this match. I think many ones think the same here that no one opened a thread about it. But look at the squad! WOW! For the first time in this season I see the players that gather together for the FIRST TIME!!

I wished it was next week that we don't be worried about the title but for now I just wanna see the team get out of this match safe and untired. That's the only thing that matters for me now.

I actually want us to take the double. I'll be very happy if we manage to beat Lazio and go through to the final, also because it would mean two extra top matches to watch before the season ends, provided of course Roma make it through.

I think they just join the team for the team spirit. That's why Ibra isn't there :D, the only Inter player who stays behind ... :D
Or ... is it because they visit the pope ... and maybe Ibra doesn't really care or he isn't catholic at all ... aaaaaaaaaaaah that's probably it

Lets hope our team shows some more motivation than they displayed in the derby. We are much better than that and we need to win this game for confidence purposes and hopefully without injury.

They probably get a free trip from AlItalia if they are called up, and we're saving money on signing Ronaldinho as a gift for losing to Milan.

Dacourt was back in training with the team today, though I doubt he'll play any part in the coming games.

The visit to the pope was announced at the Inter website a couple of days ago and it was in Gazetta as well

Still doesn't explain why are they called up for the game.

They all might be back in Milano to visit the pope, but why the players with damaged knees are on the bench? they won't play no matter what, so couldn't Mancini just take some primavera players instead?

Anyway, it doesn't make any difference if we win, which I doubt.

Mancini will probably rest the players and risk a title, just to make sure they're 100% ready for Siena. I wanna see what's Mancini going to do/say when we draw or lose against Siena.

Maybe he called them up so they can be with the team, talk to them, hopefully gain some confidence within the team. I honestly have no idea so thats my guess. Or maybe it's so the bench players and starters feel extra special and make use of their time, since they see how big the team was (35 players).

3rd option is to see the pope, but i figure they could go whether they were called up or not haha. who knows!

goal.com predicts a 2-1 to Lazio. Frankly I don't care about this game. It would be more interesting to watch Lazio-Roma final than the usual Inter-Roma.
And losing here would surely mean the end of Mancini.

That's what I was thinking too.

Look you all, what they made us with those comments that Mancio will be for sure our coach next year.

We would better want our team to loose, and be more sure that Mancio will be out, than hope our team wins.

I hope we take a 5-0 battering if thats enough to convince Moratti to sack Mancio. (even if its ONLY the Coppa Italia)
