Hi All,,, this is my first thread...
since i realize that this forum have members from worldwide... what if we share some cultures, some beautiful place, some nice cullinary from your very own country in this thread... not to show whose country is the best but to answer curiousity from peoples outside your country , maybe this thread could be like a travel guidance someday

i believe each of us have a beautiful country.. why don't let the others know about how beautiful your country is...

i know if i want to know about stuffs like cultures, beautiful place and nice cullinary from other country.. i can find those in search engine... but hey... it's always nicer to hear the beautifulness from one country from it's citizen

so let me start with mine

I just got back from Bali 3 weeks ago, just before ASEAN summit and obama visit, to attend my sister's wedding. Traffic in Kuta and surrounding area such as Legian and Seminyak, especially on weekend, is almost the same like Jakarta. Traffic jam everywhere

Have any of you guys (especially Indonesian) travel to Raja Ampat, Papua? I heard it's a beautiful island and also great place for diving.

all i know about raja ampat is the sea are clearer than Bali... white sand.. and if we're talking about diving... i've heard raja ampat is the richest in underwater biota.......
