I used to be amazed by how good he was but I got sick and tired of the Ronaldo Messi debate. Then the sickening fanboys, teammates and media who just fawn over him. I also find it difficult as he has basically been a champions league irrelevance since 2015. He has amazing longevity but in my opinion not at the highest level. Beating up on mostly rubbish until the quarter finals of the wc doesn't make him a ballon d'or for me, but as has been said thousands of times the award is a joke in itself.

Im looking forward to the next generation..
