I'm not sure about Zalewski. He is cheap and on a low salary, but he seems kind a dumb to me. He often takes very weird decisions.
In Bayern's game for example, he was near sideline vs 2 opponents. He has beaten the first onе, and instead to pass to Barella who was few meters away, he decided to try to beat the other one as well.
He often ignores open passing lines in favor of just hugging the ball for no reason. I'm also concern that he barely crosses the ball as I cannot recall even a single occasion of that.
I hope him to start 1 or 2 games till the end of the season in order to get a full picture of his qualities
Buchanan 2.0?

Sucic is one of them.
I don't think Mkhitaryan is gone, he'll play at least another season which he's already under contract for. I think he'll try to squeeze 3 more years out of a career but can't tell at what level.
We'll see if Frattesi goes, can't tell for sure that he's on the offload list.

We do need a RWB because we're crippled everytime Dumfries is unavailable. Zalewski may cover that, but not as effectively as on the left, and we already have 2 options + Bastoni on that side. So Zalewski redemption isn't likely either.

I agree on strikers and I'm convinced we'll land Jonathan David to be #3. Taremi probably stays as #4 as we won't be able to sell him.

And if Acerbi can stay at the top of his game for another season, we can postpone the CCB search. Maybe Palacios or Bisseck get in proper form for that and we save money.

So I'd say we need someone at this role.
why so convinced we land David?

We can keep Acerbi and DeVrij for another season but we still need another CCB one of them is injured for months again

Sure. But he also just came here and for 6-7M is probably worth to try and see can he be moulded better to what Inzaghi want of him and what we need.

That's what I wanted us to do with Bellanova cause that option was also cheap but we didn't. Like with Bellanova,it's clearly something there with Zalewski too. With Buchanan for example I never saw anything.

Zalewski is also the similar age as Bellanova was when he was here. He is 1.5 year younger.
I never see Inter quality in Bellanova. Too scared, Meazza intimidated him too much. Perfect for a club like Atalanta.

Zalewski is still a bit unknown thing but I think years at Roma and their fans have made him at least mentally stronger. Would make the bet with him, price is simply too decent to pass.

That was Buchanan for me.

Yeah. To succeed at San Siro skill alone isn't enough you need a strong mentality. The crowd is an impatient one.

Regarding this topic: Inter have gotten the all-clear from the player himself, according to the Corriere.
The newspaper report that Luis Henrique has signalled his willingness to join Inter this summer.

That is naturally a big step towards a deal for Inter. However, they still have some way to go in negotiations with Marseille.

The Corriere report that Inter are ready to offer €24 million plus €4 million in add-ons for Henrique.

French outlet Footmercato basically write the same thing: Inter are ready to make the next move in negotiations.
They report that the Nerazzurri have an offer prepared for Luis Henrique.

This would be worth €24 million, plus an additional €4 million in add-ons.
He seems comfortable on the ball, so if Inzaghi wants him, gift him proper players.

PS: According to Bild, Bayern Munich prefer a move for Jamie Bynoe-Gittens over Inter target Luis Henrique.

According to some German guy, Florain Plettenberg, Inter has already sent a 29mln bid (including bonuses) for Henrique.

Listening to a European football podcast and Julien Laurens was talking about the current Marseille slump in form. He indicated that Rabiot had suggested it was down to poor attitude and he singled out two players in particular - Greenwood and Luis Henrique.

This is getting ridiculous. It feels like the more red flags, the more likely it seems that this transfer is going to happen.

Beppe really needs to put a stop to this. Hopefully, these rumors are just a smokescreen from the actual target, as usual.

There are plenty of more affordable RWB out there that would work well as rotational or backup and fit the budget.

Then we could focus our transfer budget on the priority signing, like a striker, since that position tends to cost a lot more than the others.

Of all people, I'm not going to take Rabiot's assessment of 'poor attitude'.

Also, given how little time Marotta has for people with attitude issues, and how he ruthlessly axed players with those issues, I'm going to assume that Luis Henrique doesn't have any, or if he does, we're not going to get him.

It was Laurens who specified the players in question, Rabiot just made a a general reaction to dropped standards of late.
