Lucas agent just said they didin't hear from United for quite a while and the stories of his medical are all lies he also said that he doesn't think United are interested anymore. I honestly don't know what to think about this whole Lucas situation part of me doesn't want us to sign him because I trully think Coutinho is a better player and Lucas will be a very expensive flop on the other hand I am extremely pissed that uncle Moratti for a second straight year has troubles signing a player he really admires I mean 6-7 years ago it would be a no contest but now...

The Brazilian Football Confederation (CBF) have refused to release their Brazil international Lucas Moura for a medical at Manchester United. Late Saturday evening, The Mail on Sunday and The Telegraph were reporting that a deal had been done between United and São Paulo and that Moura would be having a medical at United. But a statement on the CBF site said they had not received a request from any English club and in any case, the player would not be released from Brazil’s training centre to attend a medical.
When Brazil’s football delegation arrived in the UK in late July, the CBF gave their permission for Oscar to attend a medical at Chelsea.

completely different scenario since snieijder was already an inter player....if inter was not willing to sell,there was no way sneijder could have left italy..as far as lucas is concerned,its an open race between inter and man utd....its not upto inter to decide lucas's destination(as was the case with sneijder)..that power lies with sao paolo and sao paolo alone...
