According to Biasin, Asslani is a crush of Ausilio, who is pushing for him. So, maybe Aids sees something special in Asslani, which Agoume doesn't have.
I am 100% in support of calling him ASSlani before he has even played a minute for us in anticipation of him being shit.

That said, I am pleasantly surprised and support the idea of a young backup for Broz. I was expecting us to sign some cunt like Lucas Leiva.

I know. Where the fuck did this kid come from

Has anyone here watched him closely throughout the season?

Anyway I believe this is the Agoume thread.
I watched some Empoli games at end of the season. I was really impressed how calm Asllani is with a ball and made hardly none mistakes and moved really well without a ball. Good controll of the ball and decent passing skills. Not a monster of tackles but not bad eather, like Brozo. I was surpriced that he is only 20 and seemed so mature and relaxed when he was with a ball.

But I’m not sure if he is Inter ready, where fans will trash you when you make one miss pass! It would be great if we could buy him and he would stay loan at Empoli for season or two to get more experience?

It’s always hard to judge these young boys at small teams as there are less pressure…

I want him to come back. I think he’s matured enough to at least be useful domestically.

He just played his first season of first-team football. It would be better to loan him out again instead of halting his development by having him as a bench player next season.

I love how the Agoume thread has turned into the Asllani thread, partly my fault. If someone wants to make a transfer thread have at it.

Scored for France U20 vs Mexico U21. He is also captain of the team.

Don't worry, since Inter has so much that needs to done, every thread is interwoven with everything else. Example: sell Agoume, Satriano and Denzel then we can get Lukaku and still get Cavani on a loan deal, and a couple of golden handshakes to players to be named later. This of course dependent on hosting weddings and funerals in San Siro. :pazzini:

I agree with you. But let's be honest. None of our kids really get a chance or look in during the season with a view to them being made permanent fixtures in the squad. I can not even remember the last time that happened.

There was Esposito but he was so young and raw that he actually should have been loaned our earlier rather than allowed to remain. Whenever I think about our young players, it just feels that wee take misstep after misstep and that there is no definitive strategy or approach in relation to how we manage them, how we would like them to develop over time and if they have what it takes, how we plan to incorporate them into our squad.

Having said that, it kind of feels that in recent years, things have changed a little in the sense that the club is really trying to use the Dutch second division and France as playing theatres for our young players to gain experience: Esposito, Satriano, Stankovic, Agoume, Oristianio, Mulattieri.

I guess the issue is whether the club feels it can rely on any of these players to step up and play for the first team. I think many of them could find a mid to lower table Serie A or Serie B team but stepping up and establishing themselves at Inter is something else altogether and the fact of the matter is that there is very little will, patience and motivation (with the exception of plusvalenza) to enable that to happen.

I'm afraid we are going to regret it if we let this kid easily leave. I understand the financial issues here but I would like to see him at least getting a chance this summer in pre-season.
Maybe, but in reality we don't need 2 young players for one spot. If the management has chosen Asllani, I don't mind selling Agoume for a reasonable price.
