Agoume was a starter at Brest and Troyes. Ligue 1 >>> Danish league. After escaping Inter and recovering from his injury he was a starter at Sevilla.

Sevilla wants to keep him permanently. They just don't have 8m. Aarhus bought Bisseck for ... 1.7m, much lower amount.

Agoume does have a lot of progress. You ignore all of such is another matter.
But if he is so good, why another club does not want to invest 8mln in him?
We can lower our demands and to insert 20% sell on clause, for example. Just in case he turns to a 40mln player.

Same reason why Real didn't pay for Bisseck 7m a year ago but now do? Needs more exposure.

I don't think he will be 40m anytime soon either but 15m-20m is reachable. Just convince him to sign an extension first and accept Sevilla offer. They are poor but they trust him.

I absolutely swear on my life, Agoume doesnt need 'more exposure'. He is owned at one of the biggeset clubs in the world, and has played at the top level for 5 seasons now. Every single club in Europe will know who this guy is.

So latest rumours about Agoume are Bologna and Udinese are interested but he only wants to join Sevilla. Inter are asking for 8m but Sevilla are only willing to offer 3-5m plus a future sale percentage.

There could be bonuses on that 5M fee?

Not a bad deal all things considered. We payed something like 4mil to get him? We get back 5 and a massive sell on clause if he does eventually explode. Decent business at the end of the day.

Good luck Jefferson!

Okay so the Agoume deal is a lot worse than initially reported. This is what is reported from Spain.

4M fee + 50% resale fee. But Sevilla can acquire back 40% of the resale value by paying 4M next summer.

Meaning we'd get 8M for Agoume + 10% resale. Not great, but makes more sense for Sevilla as "naked" 50% resale would give us massive positive risk.
