Can't see why would you start Dzeko. You're giving up the only pace we have upfront in Lukaku to punish the opponent on the counter for a player that can barely run now. I know if Dzeko scores and we win someone will say how wrong we were but without the power of hindsight Lukaku is the obvious choice to start here. Save Dzeko for if we're 0-1 and it's 65th minute and go all attack instead of engraving these like for like subs in a stone.
