Brain load is big on this guy.

I'm torn on this. On one hand we're desperate for an attacker and I'm willing to settle for anything that isn't a 10M Lukaku loan. On the other hand, is a 10M agent commission and paying astronomical wages to an unknown commodity any better?

From a footballing standpoint, Thuram's finishing doesn't impress me. I watched a few goal compilations and most of his shots go right at the keeper. He might be a good supporting player for Lautaro, but that means Lautaro needs to take another step forward.

So Tonali was not a race?

Suazo, Kondo, should we pass? 🤣

I’m more impressed with his brother tbh, looks like a real deal

I really hope he is not viewed as a starter. But then again with those insane wages how could we bench him.

We are looking for Lukaku's replacement. We tried for his loan 7M again, Chelsea said forget it. They want 40-50M€. Lukaku is done @INTER and rightly so. Lets move on.

5.5M€ net is a starter's wage. The biggest fear is this guy thinks he is Mbappe. Just like Correa thinks he's as good as Lautaro.

If Thuram flops this struggle to try to shop him would be unbearable.

Thuram with our system will thrive. It’s written in the stars. Only thing worrying is his injury history.

He is basically a small frame Lukaku with roughly the same speed, but better acceleration, better skillset, better positioning, better heading, and finishing roughly at the same level (Yikes at this one). His physical presence is also imposing, but he is a far lesser opponent to deal with. He will miss sitters, but given our circumstances the player has to have an if.

As for the last season, his worst run has been after the World Cup, where the individual level of the players almost generally went down. It also coincided with Gladbach‘s coach being optimist and trying to make Kramer (cdm) work at cam, and Plea being out of form/injured and being rotated for Stindl, etc.

Why I think that he would thrive here is the games he had together with Plea who was coming from the left wing, but mainly acted a bit like a second attacker. The two were working extremely well, and you could see that this guy can thrive with a moving striker next to him like Lautaro is.

Long story short: considering our possibilities and the profile we’re looking for (Lukaku) this is the guy to go for. It won’t get better looking at price - quality.

I’m not impressed by him but I see potential specially in our system.

There’s no options really… him or keep wasting money on lukaku

I’m still in two minds about this one. I’m not really impressed by Thuram although he offers sommething we lack. His wages and signing fee seems way too much for his abilitys. On the other hand; who will we het of we don’t sign this guy? And more importantly who do we have to sell before we can sign the Lautaro partner.

Anyway I think he will choose Milan.

We don't have a better option for 3rd FW. Is he relevant to growth decree rule?
