Although, I have to admit that I did liked Adriano :) Adriano when he was focused solely on football, when he was a feared beast in the attack

You are correct. Adriano wasn't overrated at all (I meant Balotelli). Adriano was the best player in the world when he was at his prime, but then he has started to do way more damage than good to Inter when his form has dropped massively. That's why getting rid of him was one of the best transfer for Inter in my opinion. It was painful as an Inter fan to watch him playing that bad (with the team and gameplay built around him). Inter should have sold him much earlier for a world record fee.

Obviously also as a person, Adriano is by far better than Balotelli and much more respected among Inter fans than that overrated junk known as Balotelli. I think he's also more respected than Ronaldo and Vieri.

tbh, Adriano is a very unique case. Given the things that caused the form dip (death of his father), it's really hard to compare.

For a time, he was one of the best in the world. It's sad that life ruins people like that, though, and that he didnt have the mental strength to pull through.

What really wrecked it, for me, was when Mourinho had him scoring again, and the media jumped on him for the handball against Milan.

That was devastating. I knew then that there was no chance he'd ever come back.

yeah, i agree that it is unfair to put together adriano and balotelli like someone did. even if he only lasted a couple of years at certain levels, adriano was pure joy for the eyes while he lasted and was never that assshole that balotelli constantly was at Inter. i put adriano in the same category as recoba: such a big talent and i thank them for what they have given to Inter, too bad they wasted such a great part of their talent, although for different reasons.

Since I'm the one who brought up Adriano's name here, please refer to my previous post for clarification. My mistake for not being clear regarding Adriano and Babytelli.

Maybe Balotelli is what we need at the moment, I really like those talented players with bad behavior. Fucking stupid Balkan mentality.

Gascoigne, Prosinecki, Ibra, Cassano, Balotelli ... They are some of examples that you don't have to be perfect athlete to be successful. They will get in trouble for being fat, drunk or that you smoke too much but still, they are human.

Balotelli isn't very smart but he's talented and to get him on loan wouldn't be too bad, especially with EL in our schedule.

Icardi, Jovetic, Eder, Balotelli

Yup, big difference between Ibra and Balotelli. Ibra, on contrary to what many people think, is a top hard-working professional. He has been delivering top football constantly on the pitch since the start of his career, mostly locally yeah but still. He doesn't fuck around in trainings or acts like a toddler during a professional football game.

Balotelli, on the other hand, delivers turd after turd after turd everywhere he goes. He hasn't proved shit on football level to be compared to Zlatan. He's basically a 2 years old baby trapped in a body of an adult person. Unbelievably overrated.

Even I agree that Mario is child in a adult body I would never agree that he's overrated.

When he preformed he was worshiped and he got his star status. After his form declined he was benched, isolated from NT, given on loans etc. He never got credits like some other players with similar behavior.

I am not defending him, guy is ultimate idiot and he managed to ruin some amazing talent (he's by far the best and most dominating 17 yr old I have ever seen) but he is media magnet and fuck it, we need some publicity.

we need some publicity.

But not necessarily the negative one.

He's 26, he's done. I don't believe he can explode out of nowhere at that age, after all that he's done.

He will probably go down in history as one of the most talented footballers who ever appeared but decided to act like an idiot and waste his talent like an idiot, instead of becoming a world-class player.

Players like that are like a rotten apple, they can only do damage to an entire group who want to work in cohesion and healthy atmosphere.

balotelli isn't successful. who gives a fuck if you "like" talented players with bad behaviour, as you put it. the most important thing is building the best team we can within our budget and our strategy. balotelli is a liability, he is a cancer in the dressing room.

Balotelli is one of the few people i do not want playing here, quickly followed by Leigh Griffiths and the Milan squad

I like Balotelli, I wish he would have 2 ounces of work ethic and realized his potential. No way jose I want him near Inter right now.

His best option would be to go to a smaller club and try to stay out of the limelight for a while, I know it's imposible for that to happen.

He needs to go play for Crotone or Sampdoria, out of the media spotlight. He can put the team on his back and bag 15-20 goals in Serie A (which he is more than capable of). He would have bigger clubs lusting after him in no-time. He's too stupid and lazy to do that though.

he could still do great things, he's not old. if only he matured and decided to finally work his ass along with his teammates, he would still have at least 5 years of great football ahead. problem is, he's immature and will most lilely only change when he's too old for football, if ever.

He scored 1 goal for Milan last season. Such a great talent! His massive 1 goal stat will definitely get us that 3rd CL place. Sure he'll be a lazy slob who'll just walk around during derbies and throws Inter's shirt on the ground and cries, but his 1 goal is definitely worth it!

Let's just agree that Balotelli and Milan are the perfect heaven match. Each one deserves the other. Let's keep it this way and away from us, we already have enough problems.

i agree with that. i'm just saying that, if by magic tomorrow morning he would become mature, he would still have the time to do important things in football. not at Inter though, after throwing away the shirt he is not and never will be welcomed at Inter.

That's what every club and its fans have been saying whenever they sign Balotelli. "This time he'll mature and show his true talent, it's his last chance."

Doing the same thing over and over, and expecting different results is called insanity. And the people that still think he has a chance are a reflection of our collective desperation, in need of something supernatural to happen to save this team from mediocrity - a miracle or an unexpected messiah.

he most likely won't change (that is why i wrote "if by magic") and nobody believes in him anymore. the only clubs that want him are the likes of crotone (which cannot afford him) or probably some Chinese or U.S. clubs and that's where he'll end up playing in about a year or so. and the clubs that want him don't believe he can change, they simply think that even like this he can be of some use to them.
