Mario Corso has died at the age of 78. The news came out today, but repubblica.it reports he died yesterday.
He had been in the hospital for a few days.
I took the liberty of putting him here in "La Grande Inter" because that's where he obviously belongs.
Nicknamed "God's left foot", he played as a winger for Inter between 1957 and 1973, for a total of 413 matches, scoring 75 goals.
He won with us 4 Serie A titles (1962–63, 1964–65, 1965–66, 1970–71), 2 European Cups (1963–64, 1964–65) and 2 International Cups (1964, 1965).
