I'd be willing to let him go on a free. Not sure how that fits to our financial situation, but sporting wise, that could give us an opportunity to bring in a possible better solution because Arna is useless at this point.

The club will likely get a replacement in case Arnautovic leaves in January. Might not be a high-profile signing, but I'm almost certain someone will arrive because Marotta said so (a while ago).

Might not be a high-profile signing, so who knows. I would guess next time the club has to submit a new list in CL squad, Correa will be included. That way, the club will probably bring in a cheap option for these league matches, probably an experienced striker of the league, a la Milan Djuric

Well, actually not IMO. because his contract runs out in approaximately six-months, and he isn't getting an extension. He could still be an useful player in a lower team, so they stand a good chance of getting him at a reasonable deal.

Maybe from Inter supporter side might look like it, but from a neutral perspective, him leaving in January makse a lot sense though.

I am guessing the certainties you are talking about are: (1) he's a shit cunt; and (2) he could not score a goal if his life depended on it.

They should only have offered him a single season contract rather than a two year deal. Arnautovic is insufferable.
