How did our boy do against Parma? Haven't seen anything besides the official highlights
From the extended highlights and comments it sounds like he was dangerous. He’s already hopped ahead of Pinamonti and Salcedo. I wouldn’t be shocked if he started against Genoa while are new strikers (whoever they are) get up to speed.

Nice to see him do fairly well against higher quality opposition... makes it a harder decision about whether to loan him out or not

The fact this guy stayed in primavera till he was 20 years old is kind of mismanagement of an asset on our part.

Or he is not quality enough. We will see. Hopefully he will be good, but after so many disspointments, I have low expectations from our primavera system.

That's most probably the case because he looks ready to play against men. Like totally ready. Inter is indeed probably a bit too big of a club for him at the moment, but in a smaller club where he'd get minutes week in week out, he will do damage.

His game is simply better than Pinamonti's or Esposito's or Salcedo's. He's strong, he has the immense urgency and he shoots pretty well. Scored goals in the preseason although only in those early games. Let's hope he gets his chance against Kiev next weekend and manages to play well. There will surely be market for a loan deal for him in these COVID times when no one has money.

This could well be the case, but the fact that he’s currently over-performing could also suggest that he’s been managed just right.

20 is still young. Not every player has the conditions or connections necessary to be fast-tracked into a career in professional football. He was a first team member of Nacional before we signed him (in the same window as Eriksen), although tbf I’m not sure how many appearances he made as a 1st teamer. I think he’s done exactly what was expected of him so far and looks ready to make the jump into big boy football.

Being a primavera stud at 16-18 and then joining a first team doesn’t really mean shit as we’ve seen time and time again. You either make the step up or you don’t.

Really is a Hobson's choice with this guy. I was leaning to keeping especially after Lukaku exit seemed likely, and had no faith in Sanchez staying healthly. He's better than some of the other guys who have "experience " currently on the squad. However, with Dzeko coming and talk about more strikers to "insure" a Champions League position it's best he goes out on loan now. It better be a team that will have him as a starter though.

Let's just all pray that he does some amazing stuff in the Genoa ganme and becomes the first pick scoring bunch of goals. Like a straight-to-tv feel-good movie.

We talk about Satriano, but if we want to give someone a chance, why not Salcedo. At least he played professional football, unlike Satriano. And the same age.
Salcedo is useless, even Inzaghi is unconvinced by him. We are struggling to loan him to a Serie B team (Cremonese & Reggina latest to be linked).

From the little of Satriano that I saw in the pre season games, he was so much involved in the play. And had a good understanding of his role. Showed much more than Pinamonti and Esposito in all their minutes last 2 seasons.

esposito is 1 year and a half younger than Satriano. He just turned 19 a month ago, and was 17 when you watched him play .

According to GdS, Inter's plan is to keep Satriano at least until January because of the uncertainties around Sanchez fitness condition.
