Looks great for a FIFA or a FM but i m not sure if this midfield would provide enough defensive cover/muscle for us to not get run over a lot.

Anyways i still have a soft spot for Kova so if we can get him for a resonable price i wont argue against it.

Here's the thing. If Brozo and Gagliardini are injured then we have no cover. I'd much rather Kova than Borja.

we can always play with 2 inverted winger. we have Perisix and Rafinha for the spot. Perisic now seems like direct goal scoring threat with his movement and positioning. while Rafinha has the tecnical skill to drift out wide minus the speed of course. so we would look like

Asamoah---De Vrij---Skriniar---Cancelo


Cancelo can provide explosiveness, speed, and threat on the right side which Gagli and Rafinha are lack of

haven't you guys seen enough of him running with the ball and losing it because lets the ball run faster, then tries to regain it by a vicious tackle which results in a yellow card. Simply don't see him as a first team player where we have clear Rafinha-Brozo-Gagliardini.

It's Gags/Vecino - Borja/Brozo and it's been working for us why muddle it with another option? I would sign someone to be rotated with Rafinha.

We can still get better in midfield trust me. Gags shouldn’t be any more then a rotation option for a scudetto contender imo.

Havent seen enough of Kova since he left to comment on him but from purely a financial aspect does this deal make any sense? He wont cost less than what we sold him for surely and we will be tight for FFP and i'm not sure its a priority position to reinforce

I wouldn’t take him over Rafinha but I would definitely sell Vecino and Joao Mario to make funds for him.

Rafinha, Brozovic, Gagliardini, Kovacic and one classy DM would be awesome midfield.

Of course but that’s like saying I’d rather sign Kroos or Modric. I’d love it if we could sign all of Real Madrid’s starters but unfortunately it just isn’t going to work that way.

I don't think it's meant for Rafinha-Kova-Brozo. He probably wants those three to rotate on 2 midfield spots. You can't go with only Rafinha and Brozovic and neglect injuries, suspensions and a European competition added to the mix. One injury for Rafinha or Brozo and we're doomed for sure until he comes back.

Before someone tells me 'why would Kova agree to be a bench player here", no, not that. It's called rotation. Whoever's fit and inform will play. 3 players for 2 spots is excellent playing minutes for the 3.

Don't care about Valero. Vecino will rotate with Gagliardini. The real question is, is it financially possible or worth it? I personally don't think so.
