I thought he was solid tonight and added a spark in the midfield. You could notice a big difference when he came off. Benassi's positioning was off when we were defending as a team and it seemed like none of our players wanted the ball or had the confidence to start attacks from the back the way Kova did when he was on. Hardly put a foot wrong IMO and his defensive positioning was not bad either.

His flair was obviously there, but what made me even happier was that I kept mistaking him for Gargano when he won the ball, so much power in his tackles. If he carries this throughout his career, he could be one of the most complete midfielders of all time. Certainly the most complete in the squad right now.

Anyway, our midfielders werent the moving type, Cambiasso and Gargano can barely attack.. so maye when we get a proper midfielder next to him he can start working more efficiently.
