Mateo Kovačić is no brainer for under 15 milions. Only 19 yrs old and almost two years of constant playing. Called for senior Croatian team and they are in top 10 footbal nations in the world in last 10 years.

I can't believe we are so blind for players from Balkan. Even Stanković and Handanović came from Lazio and Udine.

Modrić, Srna, Vidić, Subotić, Kolarov, Džeko, Iličić ...

Mateo Kovačić and Alen Halilović are world class potentials. Lazar Marković, Stevanović (signed for Sevilla under 2 milions) and Leon Radošević (signed for Napoli for only 3 milions) will be great too.
