That's one way to look at things but also isn't normal to change 3 different coaches in 2 seasons. Consider that all three coaches tried at least 2 tactics each and than consider that each of those coaches tried Mateo on at least two positions. That's at least 12 different football variations.

Even experienced players like Vidić, Hernanes or Palacio were lost sometimes, playing bad big time. About Guarin's, Ranochia's or Juan's flops we don't need to talk at all.

Either started and if no impact was made , was a bench player next game. Or came on late while inter was down and the other team putting 10 men behind the ball, and being criticized for not making an impact. Kids need consistent starts. In consistent positions.
