Well, that’s also an overreaction by some members. Our management surely have improved but still a lon way to go, asking something like 20m for Vecino is a basic stuff that even the small teams can do, its not a ballsy move.

right now, i would barely pay 10-12 for vecino. just out of curiosity, how much would YOU pay? and it's not like ancelotti is stupid or has never seen him play.

it's a gamble asking 20 for vecino. if it works, props to marotta. but i bet it won't. assuming everton can in theory even pay 30 for him, having a lot of money doesn't mean be willing to squander it.

It appears that the offers were under 15m and we could have settled for something around 18-20m. Still a few days to sell him anyway. His relationship with Conte is torn.

It doesnt matter how much you, or me will pay. Vecino is a starter both for us and Uruguay, and played in the World Cup. He has scored goals few important goals for us and is still 28. As much as frustrating he might be he was never been a Medel or Kuzmanovic, in fact he could do well in a league like the Premier League. 20m is nothing for them, they could pay double for some mediocre midtable English player. We need to give English clubs special treatment.

Also, we are in no hurry sell him, even with the arrival of Eriksen our midfield’s depth is still tight.

Everton paid 30m for Iwobi, 25m for Gbamin and 25m for Andre Gomes just this summer. They can fuck right off if they think they can get Vecino for any less.

I am ok with Vecino being our 5th or 6th choice midfielder. He is good enough for that role. If we sell Vecino, we need to buy another midfielder anyways. Maybe its best we do that in the summer, so we can afford to wait.

I might have seen too much of Vecino to give a non-biased opinion.
Honestly, I wouldn`t pay anything, just troll offfer loan with option to buy at max. Hope Everton is not reading this but I would look for someone else, as I`m sure someone more competenet with potentially a lower wage must be available at the rumoured price.
