Big hopes for Gagliardini back then in 2017.

Can't wait to see him go. I'd rather bring Borja back from retirement than to see him around for another 6 months.

Can't Marotta sell him somewhere in January, even for 5-6 mln.?

With his contract expiring next year and him fulfilling only a bench role for us id guess s mil or two max, plus salary savings. Back to the financial modelling point you'd have to be pretty damn confident he'd do something amazing to pay 5 mil for half a season of his time - e.g. be the difference in making top 4.

Very sad news. One of the greatest players ever in history of our club, modern Matheus, wants to leave us. We're gonna regret this big time. He was our best midfielder in last 10 years, a true heir to Cambiasso. Very sad day for every true interista.. Hope Gagliardini stays, he has potential to be new Vecino, he just needs to start scoring into empty sheet,I think he has potential for that. He needs to improve his finishing, just kick that ball into net when its empty, its hard but hope he learned from our Matheus Vecino, he was masterful in that, big loss for our club... If we lose Gagliardini also this club is definitely dead..

Not funny bubba, not funny.

Inter midfielder Matias Vecino has revealed he could leave the Nerazzurri and Roma are reportedly considering making a move.

The former Fiorentina star, who is currently on international duty with Uruguay, admitted he ‘didn’t expect’ to be struggling for playing time at the Nerazzurri.

In a press conference on Sunday, the midfielder revealed he wants to ‘find a solution’ with Inter and Il Tempo claims Roma could be an option.

Vecino’s contract expires in June 2022 and since the 30-year-old is already asking for a solution, he could be pushing for a move already in January.

Roma have been linked with Borussia Mönchengladbach man Denis Zakaria, but the newspaper claims the Swiss midfielder dreams of playing in the English Premier League.

Furthermore, the Giallorossi are not the only team from Italy interested in the 24-year-old. Juventus have been mentioned as possible suitors and have an advantage, according to the newspaper.

Tiago Pinto is thus thinking of alternatives and Il Tempo reports he considers making a move for Vecino.

Interesting. Il Tempo is a good source for Roma.

Relax, Vecino is playing the same deck of cards as Sanchez on playing time a while back, albeit drawing a lower card tbh.

Him wanting to leave is the best piece of Inter related news since signing of Hakimi.

Thanks for that one goal and so fucking long
Blessing news. Finally the time has come to find real midfielder. Find quality one. Enough adding average one.

Sayonara Vecino!

Selling Vecino makes sense. Replacing him with Nandez doesn't.

I kindly disagree with that statement. Nandez can cover more roles than Vecino and is overall better than him.

Nandez is tidy with possion and passing, unlike freakin` Vecino, who just spoils every chance of going forward! Nandez will look like Messi on the ball compared to Vecino.

They are different kind of players. But I think we can use Nandez at least a bit in Barella's replacement in terms of tenacity and work rate. We need to start resting Barella because he's just fucking tired, you could see that in Italy matches. Not only physically, but also mentally. He hasn't had a proper break for what, over two years?
