He's damaged goods now, doubt he'll ever recover mentally, Wanda was his everything for some reason.

I think the only place and coach who can help him now is Simeone at Atletico, as a replacement to Luis Suarez. But even that's going to be a gamble.
Watch him get a loan deal to a Serie A club (Milan, Napoli or Roma) in winter, but he won't be effective. It actually could be a healing process for him but I don't think he'll utilize it.

I saw this yesterday and the first thought I had is that I hope Interisti did not see this because the response will be quite damning.

The other thought I had relates to the direction of his career. Some posters will say that he is getting what he deserves based on his final season at Inter and the way that both him and Wanda conducted themselves (I am probably in this category of Inter supporters).

For some reason, I have been thinking of him in the same vain as Adriano in the sense of whether his career will live up to expectations. Don't get me wrong, I am by no means saying that they have the same player profiles or that they are similar players in terms of ability.
