Is she a teenager or what?
I'm clearly one of the most outspoken anti-Icardi crew, but using today as the reason why he won't work with De Boer is a little silly. Icardi has looked terrible in basically every single friendly game he has ever played with us, so I don't think today's performance is indicative of Icardi failing to deal with De Boer's tactics. Although, I certainly think long term he does not fit into them well going forward.
The only reason i used today's game, is cuz there's no other games where FdB can evaluate how well Icardi fits into his system.
And with the pressing of the issue by Napoli, who knows, maybe it does come down to this game.
But Napoli has looked just fine this whole pre-season, yet they still pushing for Icardi.Napoli seemed just fine today while socring four goals with Milik and Gabbiadini

I agree. ADL is a sneaky bastard. He wants to make it look, as he's trying hard to get Icardi, while secretly licking his chops by counting his money from Higuain sale. I sure hope it backfires on him during the season where all Napoli fans turn against him. He's one of most hated owners i have from serie A, together with Sass owner and Juve whores.ADL wants to appease their angry supporters. If they start Serie A next week and seem fine without Piguain I think the fans might shut up and ADL will decide to remain as they are.
Though he is still in Inter player, Mauro Icardi is already having an impact in Naples, and not a good one.
The offer Napoli have made to agent Wanda Nara is a big one: €5 million a year, plus another €5 in bonuses related to his image rights. These record sums are, however, turning out to be a problem for the club, as they irk with the rest of the locker room.
The fact that the offer has been made public has annoyed some of Napoli's best players, who are now asking for big contract renewals: Marek Hamsik has got his, but Kalidou Koulibaly - who has rightly been asking for one all summer - has now increased his demands, and is threatening to leave if they're not met.
Finally, Lorenzo Insigne - who is only paid €1.1m a year - has also struggled to get negotiations moving, and the chances of him leaving are suddenly on the up.
There's another problem: by allowing Icardi to keep his image rights (something Napoli never do), the club is further irritating its other stars, who do not benefit from the same arragemenent.
Rumours are abound that ADL will offer 70 M this week!
