Besides the tactics today, I was bitterly disappointed in Zarate, because my fantasy lineup for the Palermo game was for him and Pazzini to start. I'm not saying he isn't talented, but he forced things today, he was careless, these bad traits can however be erased in his game. We know he can do good things, he just needs to keep it simple and tidy until confidence returns.

Luckily I think this is one instance where our locker room will help. Zanetti and the rest of the argentines won't let him go to shit after one bad performance. If you notice the new guys who played well where the ones who had been there the longest, Alvarez and Jonathan (although he was injured he came straight from mid season form).

There is no way he could ever play as a wingforward in this 3-4-3 which requires a fucking gargantuan workload and tactical discipline from the players. Just can't see it happening. We should just forget about using wingers. It has to be a curse.

Definitely! He came in on the last day of the window so hasn't had any real match practice to gel with the team plus it was his debut with a club that is a lot more presigious than Lazio, he would have wanted to impress but I think the nerves of the occasion got to him, watch this space he will prove himself for us!:slick:
