Asllani has to go, regardless of what happens in midfield. He's just not good enough for Inter. He may develope into a great player in future, who knows, but Inter cannot wait any further for his development and immediate impact. Let him find himself in any other destination where he has bigger opportunities. Not just playing time, but also psychological aspect, commiting errors and learning from them, less pressure/expectations and so on.

Being a regista at this side of Inter is a very delicate role, and is making him look like a bad player, which in reality he's not. He's just not ready for such a challenge.

I would also sell Zielinski and Frattesi. The latter is not suited to Inter's style of play, and the former seems rather disinterested to redeem himself. We could argue all day about their lack of playing time and everything else, but the real mirror of the situation seems like both of them aren't meant to succeed here, due to many reasons, but most importantly is that both of them are underwhelming whenever they're playing.

We need fresh blood and also a real impact from the bench.

Sucic seems like an interesting addition, but we need more. These names I have on my mind are either unrealistic or unlikely to leave their respective clubs, so I hope our management will address the issues of midfield which are quite obvious.
if we sell Zielinski, Frattesi, Asllani that's a lot of work to do for our managers and I don't think we will be able to find 2 decent MF upgrades who fit right in to our system in that short amount of mercato time for a good price. Zielinski has the quality to succeed here, he just has to stay injury free so i'd give him another season. We have other priorities imo

I think we'll get rid of Asllani and Frattesi, certainly Frattesi. We keep Zielinski and we've got Sucic, so we only need to make one more midfield signing (Paz/Baturina/Guler/etc, a progressive midfielder of some kind).

Luis Henrique seems to be wrapping up, so that's the wingbacks sorted; Dimarco/Augusto - Dumfries/Henrique + Zalewski, who I would redeem.

The biggest signings for me have to come at CCB and ST. We really cannot afford to fuck those up.

I would also try to get rid of Taremi but don't know if we have budget to replace him. Maybe Seba Esposito would be one cost-wise but we might want to go for different player style-wise, more bigger guy.
We don't need to buy someone to replace Taremi. We can always find one on loan (like Kolo Muani) or anyone available.

Asllani
Frattesi
De Vrij
Darmian
Arnautovic
Taremi
Correa

These players need to go.
Also add Thuram if we get 60M+ offers

If you have a formation in mind, but are unsure of what it looks like and how the figures, this transfer simulation might help.

It's publicly editable, you could just make a copy for more private sheets or just duplicate it if you want to share your views.
Of course, the transfer value may change from time to time, depending on the rumors.

I prefer keeping Acerbi. We only need one of them. The reason I keep acerbi is for experience and the fact he can play LCB too. I also assume his contract is less
We definitely need two guys there and they're both class.
Not sure if we can afford a proper De Vrij replacement.

would Liverpool loan Nunez? Or maybe an insane Eto swap thing. Thuram for Nunez + 40 million :)

I feel guy has everything to be world class he just has to be less streaky. No way they are getting half his transfer unless he goes to the Saudi league

As much as I like bringing players to Inter that are low on confidence, I think strikers are our biggest weakness, at least the divide between the two starters and three bench strikers. Even the starting strikers are too hot and cold, even if I do admit playing too many games is a factor, I think Thuram doesn't hustle the same every game and Lautaro has scoring droughts. I would really like to finally add a third striker that is at least of the same quality but offers something different than Thuram and Lautaro.

So I'm against Darwin, because he might be having even bigger issues than Lautaro. It's hard even to say if David or Castro would be good enough, so that's why I'm all for the Bring Paz as a second striker (at first) train

It's easier to help low confidence players in other positions. Strikers are a different level altogether.

Nunez for a decent price would be a great. I know he misses chances, and he may never be a clinical as we want.

But he also creates a lot of those chances by sheer will, or his movement and strength and pace.

He will fit right in, similar to Thuram or even peak Lukaku, neither of whom took most of their chances, but they also scored a lot of goals and created enough for themselves and their strike partner.

Brother Nunez is a way worse finisher than Lukaku or thuram.... And he does not even have loads of assists..
Truly one of he players where i wonder why the fuck people are rating him... Like when ever i sw him all he did was waste chances and work hard....

That being said not like i ve seen a lot of him but i d rather steer clear

We have to consider the impact on the locker room. Bringing in a striker who doesn’t waste chances could upset our current strikers.
