The essence of what you're saying is true but I think the main reason for not committing to a direction yet is being between owners. Don't expect our strategy to materialize until the summer of 2024.

There is a very good chance that will happen. That writing has been on the wall for a long time.

The club should have started negotiations earlier to sound out what the player wanted. If management were of the view that he was asking for too much and the club would not be able to meet his demands then he should have been sold in the Summer for whatever amount PSG were offering at the time.

Unfortunately, Inter has become a club that can be charatcetrised by could haves, should haves and regrets and no amount of Super Coppa victories is going to change that.
