So he got butthurt because Marotta tried to sell him, and now he's on a flight to Turkiye.

Man, these players, the agents fuck up their careers sometimes like there's no tomorrow. Yes, at least he made a nice buck, but damn.

What a downfall for him. He was regarded as one of the best defenders in Italy, failed in PSG, and now he is going to Turkey.
Not even sure if this mercenary considers it this way.

I mean Fenerbahce are expected to cover the entirety of his €10m-per-season salary.

It's a shame his career went his way. Could have been a legend at one of the best clubs in the world and living an amazing life in a top country. Hopefully he will get his career back on track but there aren't many players who go to Turkey and revive their career.

What a fool. Nosedived career in 2 short years.
Still, hope he enjoys himself out there and i'll try to remember his commitment when he played for us.

I guess not all Inter fans are well mannered and can show some respect. Sure, he fucked up, but that doesn't mean we have to call him a dumb cunt because he wanted out. And some of you are only doing that because you actually rated him, otherwise you wouldn't care.

I would understand the vitriol for players like Icardi (threatening Inter fans) or Nainggolan (never wanted to be here and it showed), but Skriniar still getting hate years later is just childish.

You missed many points in the Skriniar saga if bold is the only thing you are aware of. Which were discussed like 100 times.

Nobody hates Skriniar only because he wants out. Quite the contrary, he was hated because he did not say that.

All footballers lie. That don't rattle my pride one bit.

If PSG tells Skriniar, hell, if they don't lower demands, we'll just get you for free, see you in 6 months, and he goes for it, while lying he'll be staying here - it's not just Skriniar at fault...

...because at the time, even though Inter reached the CL final, things didn't look all that rosy, especially financially. So I stopped giving a fuck that Brozović, Onana and Skriniar left, and that Lukaku didn't come back. I'll just blame the management, especially Steven, for putting us in that position.

I'll rather focus on the players that stayed and praise them, I don't trouble myself with the players that left.

Not everybody are the same. Some more on the players, some more on the management. I call Steve as "naive" but feel sorry for him more. He lost his club after all.

Doesn't mean you could call anyone dislikes Skriniar as "childish" just because you don't care any players.

Plus "all footballers lie" is your exaggeration, far from true, you know that.

Skriniar's back is ruined and anyone who faced back issues knows that the damage is irreparable even if it stops hurting for a while and you have full functionality after a recovery. Knees can act up similarly, but back issues are more rare with footballers.

He's lost his mobility and being a big fellow, it makes him a bit of a risk. Not sure what happened at PSG altogether but he's not the same player he was in 2020 and that has nothing to do with his decisions.

So in some ways we are actually lucky he didn't extend with us, but it could have been better if we accepted the 50M.
That's the only problematic part to me, most of us (and the management) expected there is 50:50 chance of him signing an extension.

It was a harsh lesson to learn, but I'm sure our management learned it.

I will not change my stance that if we talk the talk about being better people than other fans, this kind of discourse isn't helping. I'm trying to lead by example, focusing all that negative energy won't make me feel better about the whole situation. I always focused on cheering for the team, that is why I go to matches. Players come and go. Let go of the hate.
