This situation is weird and doesn’t make sense. PSG has the money and they obviously rate Skriniar. Why didn’t they meet Inter’s Valuation in July?

Me and Bubba kind thought that Inter would miss out on Bremer and Skriniar would also potentially leave, things are moving in that direction....right?

He’s a goner I’m certain. Skriniar’s head’s not been there and as sure as PSG offer 70 he’s gone and may even force the move not like Zhang will stand in his way.

Akanji + Acerbi here we go

I think Inter management needs to show some balls like they did with Sporting Lisbon and the termination of Joao Mario.

Can’t let clubs play with your transfer window and let them get away with it.

Also, if these rumours are true and PSG is making the same offer as they did at the beginning of the transfer window, than they most know something. Either they see some dysfunction with the Inter management and the owners or Skriniar is about to drop a bomb and demand an exit

Don't have one.
Now he paints himself like a savior, after fans worried for the whole summer the team will be dismantled and specifically skriniar will get sold. Fuck him tbh. The only reason why he decided to not sell him is that no one offered the amount of money he wanted, not because it suddenly dawned on him we will lose a quality player.

This is hilarious. Skriniar has all the leverage in the world in contract negotiations now.
Yeah the club overplayed its hand MASSIVELY in this particular case.

We could have renewed him even before the summer. But of course Zhang doesn't want to do any expensive renewals early, he wants to fucking wait and wait. He rather wants to monetize on these players. So after Bastoni said no, it was Skriniar's turn (again) to be the one to go. We got the player to the state of mind that you might be going (to a club who pays you a lot more). And now we are here, needing to renew him, but on his terms since last year of the contract.

Brilliant asset management.

I just hate Zhang so much.

Perisic said it best. You can't take this long to renew your best players. They're human beings with emotions. They'll get upset and leave, eventually.

I don't believe that Zang took Skriniar off the market. PSG do not want to spend more due to expiring contract of Skrin. Now, those talks that he is out of the market and the new contract offer, might be only to make PSG raise their offer.
