Considering the fact that Milan are 7 points ahead, I expect them to sit deep and wait for us to make some mistake and hit us on the counter. We better score first here. They are OK with the draw, while we are almost obligated to win to stay in the race for the Scudetto.

The line-up is clear, expect no surprise there.

Just a reminder - last season, Inter failed to win Atalanta, Lazio and Milan in the first round. Only from December Inter became strong enough to win the scudetto. This season seems the same, it takes time to show what we really got.

Imo we are still the best team and we have much better squad than any other. We should win this.

Milan being undefeated and Napoli on top is mostly because league is so damn weak, no excuses for the loss here.
We catched some nice short term form after that Lazio loss and if players are in mood we can win this and prepare to crush Napoli too.

I am worried about this one. So far this season, we have fucked up against all big teams (Real, Atalanta, Juve, Lazio). This game will answer a lot of questions about our mentality, capability and tactical set up.

I think the only game i was really pissed off (about our perfomance) was against Atalanta. The goals we conceded were really stupid, we always let Malinovsky shot from good positions or generelly conceded them too much space.... we were really lucky to get a point there. In the other games we were not bad but wasted too much chances.

Must win game if we want to remain in the mix for the scudetto. Hopefully Lautaro chooses to wake the fuck up as he has been terrible after the international break.

+1, maybe he needs to sit on the bench to wake the fuck up. Corea deserves to start more than Martinez right now.

Given his current form, I would start warrior Vidal again (no problem for a party animal like him) and then introduce Hakan as super-sub, so he can outrun the more tired players on the pitch and open up their defence.

I fully expect to pick up 3 points this game, Milan are crumbling slowly (I've watched their last 5 games or so from start to finish, yes I felt sick doing so). I think this is a great opportunity to show them who the Italian champs are and why we are champs. I think we will win this 2-0 and it will be a nitty gritty game, 2 red cards (1 each) maybe 3 even. I am very much looking forward to this game, can't wait.

No Rebic, Toure or Hernandez works massively in our favour.

We need to give Correa a run at that Milan defence, this is something he relishes. Tomori still probably has Correa nightmares. So Correa has to play, either from the start or coming in at half time. I guess it depends how much gas Dzeko has left in the tank.

Hopefully Hakan lives up to the ex-player curse. If not, Vidal is clearly our best 3rd midfielder. Maybe a half for each of them.

Apart from those two positions, rest of our starting XI should be a no-brainer. The defence is set, as are Brozo, Barella and Perisic. Darmian will be preferable to Dumfries. Sanchez can be an impact sub at the end if needed.

We gotta win dis if we have any aspirations for the title.

Always find that the Derby D'Italia is my least favourite game of the year, whereas the Derby della Madonnina is far and away my favourite game of the year. Maybe because it feels like an actual sporting rivalry instead of unadulterated hate.
